NURSE Brenda, should have her nursing license revoked. I went to the clinic on Monday (November 29th, 2021) in the worst pain I had ever been in. I woke up Saturday morning with a very sore throat, and by Monday I couldn’t even swallow my own spit, speak from how swollen my throat was, and my ears were in unbearable pain. I made an appointment for 1030am. I arrived early, signed in, and waited on one of the chairs. As I’m waiting, a gentlemen and his young, and obviously very sick, daughter were having trouble using the sign in kiosk. Brenda then comes out, and is so rude to the man and his child, I should of left then. She clearly didn’t want to help him navigate the kiosk. I was so sick and in so much pain, I decided to stay. Once it’s my turn to go back, I explain to the nurse that I have been having throat pain for about 3 days now, along with ear pain, I explained to her that I woke up this morning around 3am, almost unable to breath and talk, I could swallow without extreme pain, and my ears were absolutely killing me. She does a strep tests, tells me it’s negative and my ears are clear. I, again, tell her how much pain I am truly in to which I’m told to get some honey. That’s it. That was the whole appointment. I left in pain and no medicine or help. That afternoon my two daughters and husband had doctors appointments as well, none of us were feeling well. Both my children and husband came back with strep throat. I call their office, and leave a message informing them my entire family had strep and begging for an antibiotic or some type of medication to ease the pain. To which Jessica calls me back and informs me my strep test was negative and Brenda saw no sign of infection. Now, it’s Sunday. This pain hasn’t eased in the SLIGHTEST. It’s only gotten worse. My ears hurt so bad, it has brought tears to my eyes. Today the pain was so unbearable, I took myself to an urgent care. And thank GOD I did so, because I have an extreme case of strep throat. The DOCTOR I saw today, told me I have so many blisters and it’s now a horrible strep infection. I was put on an antibiotic and steroid and a mouth wash to easy the pain. The doctor today told me whoever looked at my throat should be fired and that I’ve probably had strep for over two weeks now. I also work with babies for a living ranging 6 weeks old to 6 months. I have been at work, in pain and CONTAGIOUS all week. And not only that, but I had an entire week of pain and suffering, which could of been avoided had I gotten proper medical attention and put on medication. I plan on reporting Brenda and Jessica to tri health. And to anyone else who will listen. I wouldn’t send my absolute worst enemy to this clinic. I’m absolutely disgusted with these two nurses, tri health, Walgreens, all of them.

Only place I could find to get my 3yo a flu shot. Made an appt. Waited 35 minutes. Office was dirty and cluttered. NP didn't know why we were there, despite it listing the visit as a flu shot visit. NP was nice enough but not used to young kids. My child jerked when NP inserted the needle. NP dropped the needle while in my child's arm. Needle wobbled around in my child's arm. NP pulled the needle out reinserted then injected. Np felt bad but is not used to young kids. Never will I return there.

I felt that the service was good, quick and I was able to get a COVID test the same day. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable!

Was able to walk-in in the middle of the day and get a Covid 19 test. The nurse (Ms. Greene) was friendly and said she could work me in. I was very appreciative of her time and expertise as well as getting my results back so quickly!

Quick in and quick out and with no issues. NP was very friendly and informative. I was tested and prescribed a prescription which was ready in less than 10 minutes.

I was able to make an appt, got there 15 min early as required and done within a reasonable amount of time. Really convienent with the pharmacy right there in the store. With already being a Tri-Health patient, all my information was already in the computer. The nurse practitioner was very helpful she even pointed out what kind of otc medicine I needed to supplement my prescription. Very positive experience.

I wish there was a negative star rating. I could have given a negative ten. I had an appointment for a test. I reached about 3 minutes late of my scheduled time. It took me another minute to find the clinic in the store. There was no nurse at the front desk. She was in the back room. I looked around to find someone. Then I tried to sign in the computer. It took me another minute. In the meantime, the nurse shows up and asked my name. She said you are six minutes late in signing up so I can't treat you now. Then she informed me about a 5 minute window rule. No one had told me about that 5 minute rule when I scheduled my appointment. She refused to treat me because by the time I signed up in the computer it was one minute past the 5 minute grace window. I have never met such a rude and unprofessional medical professional who refused to treat the patient who didn't sign in on time. I am never going to go to any of Walgreens' clinics in the future.
