Trinity Medical Center East, Steubenville OH

I've always loved this hospital. Especially when it was Ohio Valley. Always clean and friendly staff.

Even tho the testing was exhausting it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is what made it that way.

I am I have not had my surgery yet so I can't really tell you much more than give you three stars

I had to have a lot of test done on one day. The hospital kept me moving through each one and everyone made me feel so comfortable. I was very grateful for the help I received.

Recently, I was in Ohio with three of my sons, cutting trails and hanging tree stands for hunting season and my older son had an accident with a chainsaw. Not being from the area I called Dave Mosti from Mosti Funeral Home in Steubenville and he told me to come here. From the initial check-in, to the doctors, nurses and other support staff, they made a very bad situation as good as they possibly could. Having one child with a severe laceration and two other children with me, and us being 4 hours from home, they went out of their way to make sure everybody was comfortable. As the doctors were working on my one son, some of the other staff and nurses were talking to the other two, getting them drinks and sandwiches. The doctors were amazing! Great bedside manners, and you can certainly tell they truly cared and wanted to do the best job possible to make sure he healed properly. Forever grateful to our emergency room nurse, Christie, all of the doctors and staff and David Mosti for the recommendation. They made the situation, the best they possibly could and provided top-notch care! Thank you, Trinity Medical Center!

It’s been 13 years since I needed emergency care. Back then, the express care type facilities didn’t exist, so this was my first experience with these type of places. It was faster than I had anticipated, clean, easy to access with close parking and the staff was friendly. The treatment plan prescribed by the staff resolved my issue. Thumbs up and hope for another 13+ years til my next visit lol

All the employees, from the doctor, nurses, Aids, and the people that worked in the lab and CT were all extremely pleasant and obliging. No complaints.

If this is regarding radiology, getting my MRI results, copied on to a disk and into my hands in a fast, professional manner so I can go Elsewhere to have a much needed routine surgery. They did great!

I was early for my appointment, but was able to have my test completed. The technician was very pleasant and I was in and out in no time.
