Trinity Square Apartments reviews
7Scam artist do not let them take your hard earned money! Buyer beware they take holding fees for apartments and do not give apartment, month after month of empty promises and no refunds after 6 months no apartment and i’m out $675.00.
Please for the love of god! Stay away this is a true slumlord. The leasing agents will take $675 as a holding fee for an apartment and then turn around and tell you the unit will not be available for months. They do not refund the holding fee, so please do not get scammed by trinity square apartments.
I see in the comments section below that I was not the only one robbed for $675.00 so called holding fee that results in no apartment and a month of free rent for this crooked apartment complex, don't fall for it for someplace else.
Worst experience ever literally applied 6months ago continuously calling my holding fee was $675 non refundable for an available apartment that wasn’t available until august the apartments are not even that nice I continually had to call she was rude to me even though I was respectful to her it’s an absolute scam to pay $675 for an apartment that’s not even available until august then a 1400 deposit the first and last months rent like I could see if the apartments were actually close to even being worth it don’t waste your gas
Ok so I went here to get an apartment, the black lady with the six braids said I didn’t make enough (with two full time jobs). Couldn’t understand it, apparently she didn’t make enough either, becuz only two of her six braids were burned at the ends.
I lived here from April 2016 through March 2019. I moved out because I relocated to AZ for a new job. I never had any issues with my neighbors or property management. Some of my neighbors even watched out for me, since they knew I lived by myself. I’ve watched as they had the stairs redone in all of the buildings, repainted the parking spot lines, installed nighttime lights in the buildings, and have completed other renovations. Making changes to an apartment complex takes time, and I think they’re on the right path! Miss you Brenda and Sandy!
