Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Defiance OH

The Defiance store went above expectations. They are always delicious, but today, my granddaughter dropped her smoothie in the parking lot. I went in to buy her another, and was told "accidents happen, we aren't charging you". Thank you for making a little girls day!

So, update on this review. The owner reached out and made it right. We went back and ordered the Island green smoothie and 2 meals. Everything was very good and service was top notch. Thank you Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The last two times we have ordered smoothies the flavor is not the same. They taste very bland. Something has changed in the ingredients used. Not sure we'll be back for awhile.

Rude cashiers, rude managers.microwaved overpriced food.

For the amount of money that employees get paid, and for the amount that the actual food cost, you would almost expect good service or good food.if not both.however, the Defiance, Ohio location boasts a rude morning staff (as of 3/2/23). The ordering process is received with attitude as if the job is too much. FIND ANOTHER ONE! Anyways.please refrain from coming through with a disability that requires clarification or repeated instructions.you will get the horned end of the bull.

Ive been a few time and the Food and Smoothie were very good. Service was at a timely matter. Staff was friendly. Will definitely return

Poor customer service. Practically threw my smoothies at me. Didn't smile. Ripped credit card out of me hand. Didn't even give us straws and when I tried to ask she slammed the window. Never going back

Went here for lunch after seeing thier ad binge watching discovery +. I went with the safer option while my wife did something she thought maybe on. Turned out she wasn't a fan of the salsa I loved my chicken whatever. The smooties were good to me and the kids wife was a bit underwhelmed and then said I don't even like smooties really so her opinion isn't part of this.

My chicken pesto was slightly over cooked (the bread). My Mango Berry Cosmo smoothie was really good.

I went today and the food and smoothie was good, but the people working were rude and acting as if I was interrupting their day. They were snarky with me and giving attitude the whole time. I understand working in a fast-food/drive thru food place it can be stressful and tiring, but it takes little effort to greet customers with a smile and at least pretend to care.

Fast service, got a smoothie within minutes of ordering. Super smooth blending. My first time here. Not bad, havent tried anything grilled but I might next time. Looks like they focus on drive thru. Cute place, and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff are always super nice and respectful. The food is amazing and so are the smoothies.

This was our first visit here. Big selection and options. Ordered Santa Fe Quesadilla and Chicken Bacon Ranch Burrito. We were impressed with size of serving and quality for price paid. Will be visiting again soon.

Were looking for a treat, and they were open. Yay! Delish! And I sure liked the old school funky music on the speakers.

I have been to various locations and for some reason this location seems to be at the bottom. The service is terrible, not friendly almost like I intrupted something. Drinks are mixed horrible, no flavor. On various occasions. I try not to go but the family keeps giving it another chance.

First time to go in and I was impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised how large the drinks were. I feel I got my moneys worth. Next time I'll try some of the food items. The store was very clean and it's a place where adults can sit down and relax and enjoy conversation time. I might start meeting my Defiance area couples there to discuss their up coming weddings. They have good smoothies but with those prices I dont know how anyone could afford to go there daily.

Tried out this brand new spot today for the first time. First bite of my buffalo chicken wrap was a big piece of the end of a head of lettuce. They also added so much sauce it was a hot mess. I don't think I'll be back. 7-10-21 7: 36PM

Just stopped for my first time got the sunrise sunset smoothie and the 3 cheese chicken quesidila don't spell check me lol 10/10 beat quesidila I've ever eaten the smoothie is fire I just found my new favorite eating spot the flat bread sandwich my brother got he said was amazing as well good job keep up the good work hipenyou guys stick around
