The smoothies here are great. I've been here a few times now and tried most of the smoothies. All the flavors I've tried have been delicious! You can also change out or add ingredients to your smoothie. The staff are also usually willing to make a completely customized smoothie as long as they have the ingredients you request. If you're in the mood for a smoothie, I definitely recommend Tropical Smoothie.

The first place I’ve been where I walked in and was greeted and just after 3 visits they know my order. Açaí berry boost minus banana + pineapple. Great and efficient

Never have to wait to long, the staff have always been friendly, and there are no complaints here on food or drink. One of my favorite locations!

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe in general! I have never been disappointed in anything I've gotten here! Both the smoothies and the food are amazing! A little on the pricey side, but that is expected in this economy. I first tried this place maybe ten years ago and have never had the inclination to go anywhere else for my smoothie needs!

Disgusting. The smoothies are way way way wayyyyyy too sweet. So much so it’s gross. Even my two year old said hers that she loves from other locations was yucky. Never going back.

Love this place. My favorite is the Mango Berry Cosmo with whey protein and dark chocolate.

Oooo a new favorite. My first time ordering yesterday and everything was great. Loved the side options that were very good and not the same old boring choices. Food service easiness of ordering online all very efficient. Very glad I tried this restaurant option.

Vegan approved! Sooo refreshing! The Watermelon Mojito Smoothie consisted of fresh watermelon, strawberries, mint, and lime. It does come with an edible lime straw, but that is not Vegan. I do appreciate Tropical Smoothie Café implementing the 100% flavored and biodegradable straw as an alternative to regular plastic straws, but it is made of sugar, water, cornstarch, and gelatine. I told them to keep their edible straw and I decided to drink my smoothie straight from the cup. Honestly, I wish they would get rid of styrofoam. Baby steps, right? OK, I digress. Back to this aHHmazing Watermelon Mojito! This smoothie has the perfect amount of sweetness from the watermelon and tanginess from the lime. It's the perfect summer smoothie!

Food was great and service was great. Staff was chipper. The new lime straws were delicious.
What else could be made out of that material so we could reduce our waste in our landfills.

I wanted to get the convenience of order online but my smoothie wasn’t on the counter. They place it in the fridge. I get it’s to keep it cold but then I had to wait in line while others got their drinks ahead of me. The actual smoothie needs yogurt or something nothing great

They have really good smoothies. They are not that expensive either. You get a nice size for the price. I had the Detox Island. It was great.

I have visited this location twice this week and can’t even express how disappointed I am with the product I paid for both times. My smoothie the first time (triple berry oat) was so terrible I had to throw it away. They put both Splenda and turbinado in it and they forgot my whey protein, white chocolate and most likely the energizer as well. I did not have time to return to the store so I called about 6 times and no one answered the phone. I just chopped it up as a loss. So I go there again today thinking the mess up was a one time thing and I don’t even know what happened but apparently no receipt printed for my order so I sat there waiting for several minutes and then a employee came out and asked what I ordered and she wrote it down. I ordered a chipotle chicken with only meat and cheese with a side of Buffalo sauce with a triple berry oat no Splenda sub turbinado, no blueberry sub pomegranate, add white chocolate, add energizer and again my smoothie tastes like water. Literally like sugar water. I taste no fruit whatsoever. This drink is normally amazing but it’s not worth the trouble of losing money on products that aren’t what they are advertised as. The staff was extremely nice but if they can’t make a smoothie properly that’s a problem. I used to be a store manager at tropical smoothie so I know what it takes and I give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous. So now after buying my dinner I am going to have to go somewhere else and get something. If they couldn’t get it right the last two times I’m not trying again. I will be asking for a refund for my purchases and will likely not visit this store again. Again the staff was very nice but I wasn’t paying for them to be nice to me. I was paying for a product that was terrible when I got it. This store used to be really good and I don’t know what has happened to it.

The food is always very good but I didn't appreciate the attitude from one of the workers when I asked for an item I ordered but didn't recieve.

Yummy smoothies and a huge variety of different tastes to choose from. I got the ultimate B. L. T and it was very filling and yums in my tums. Ill dif. B going back. The staff was down to earth and Eric was quite the funny man!

So I've been going here for a while I love this place. Now the reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of my last visit I was disappointed on what I got. Normally there on there A game when I come here but my smoothie tasted like it was just watered down juice. And the wrap I had was pretty flimsy.

Mind u the customer service is phenomenal and the people are very polite and on point. Food normally dosent take too long to get to you same with its smoothies. There food is very Devine and tastes wonderful. I will always come back for more.

If I had to choose what smoothie to get for some who's first starting off here. Try the hurricane smoothie or the blimey limey it's so awesome.as for my favorite wrap I honestly would say the Cajun Shrimp wrap. It's so GooD

I absolutely love everything about this place. From the employees and smoothies, to the cleanliness of this location. Prices are amazingly reasonable and they make you feel great about spending your money every time. The app they have is also very convenient for people on the go. The rewards are also awesome. Love love love?

Great smoothies. Chia banana boost is one of my faves. I love being able to control amount of sweetness to reduce calories.
