Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Mason OH

I frequent the one in Mason, Ohio and Franklin, Ohio. I spend a lot of money at these locations. The reps know me. The customer service is excellent and the smoothies are delicious. The very nice guy at the Mason location had me download the mobile app to get deals. That was the best thing ever. I have been getting great deals from the app! I have to get me and my husband a smoothie for every work day that we work. They give me energy and keep me feeling full.

Employees were only making one smoothie at a time to avoid using more then one blender I assume but made our wait much longer then need be. Otherwise good smoothie as always

Love the chicken bacon ranch flatbread, along with a strawberry smoothie. Friendly staff, fast service.

The atmosphere here was amazing. Good Music, Vibrant colors, Nice set up, etc. Our food and smoothies were great. The two girls working on 7/20 were so nice and had great customer service. The man that was working on the other hand did not. He was on the phone while taking my order. He barley paid attention to me and I had to repeat my order two to three time. While he was making our smoothies, he was handling his phone. This seems very unsanitary and quite upsetting to me. After making one smoothie (we had quite a few) he left the girls and went outside to sit on the phone. It made me and my family quite upset.

Drive Thru is record breakingly slow. It's.shame really because the product is so good the service slow which can make it difficult for people trying to grab something quick during a lunch break.waited nearly 15 minutes in line today and 30 minutes last week smh

Good service, clean and friendly staff. Only giving it 4 stars because I feel it is over priced and they only offer one size smoothie. Some people don't want the huge size they offer.

Tried it today for the first time. Delicious food and smoothies! Clean cafe and friendly staff.

Addicted to their Caribbean smoothie. This time I added whey protein for only a buck or so and had it as a meal. I also really like their vegetarian wrap and pesto chicken wrap. The drive thru line is pretty darn quick and I got a delicious and healthy lunch.

Kind of expensive for a basic smoothie, but they do have happy hour early in the morning where you get half price so then it's not that bad. Tasted pretty good, but def not worth full price.

Love this place but not door dashing it 2 times a week anymore because they don’t except the door dash pass now

Owner/manager contacted me immediately and apologized and refunded the order. I appreciate the response and revised my rating for the customer care and the fact that this is the first time after many orders over the past year with no issues. Thank you!

The customer service was horrible the child at the drive thru was ridiculously mean after we continued to be nice. The order was completely messed up and we needed to request all of our missing items. There was also a hole in the smoothie cups. Would not recommend this location particularly.
