Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Huber Heights OH

I dont see how this place has 4 stars. I've never waited less than 20 minutes to get a single smoothie no matter how empty it is. Last time I'll go here it's not even worth it.

Line is long and they dont accept hundred dollar Bill's. My total was 35 bucks and they wouldn't take a hundred.needless to say I wont return to this business or refer anyone to this place. Dollar Bill's are legal tender for all debt in these United states. This place used recieve my business often but now? Never again smoothie king takes my hundred dollar Bill's. What a joke

The food and smoothies are good, but the service is not as good. The wait was long and they had to stop taking orders because they were behind.

App has its moments but other than that every location I go to the staff is great and they are usually pretty fast.

Place is a joke I waited in line at the driver e thru. Only three cars in front of me line didnt move for 20 mins. Ended up leaving

Not even worth one star! Husband and I went yesterday afternoon in the drive thru. The customer service we received was rude in fact so rude we just left. She greeted us as our car pulled up we let her know we needed a minute to look over the menu. She said, “okay go ahead with your order when ready”. After going over the menu we asked a question & got no response. My husband said hello? She rudely responded with, “I said go ahead with your order when ready” we simply just left. Wish I knew her, but we won’t be back (:

Why does your drive thru have the regular menu first, but then on my way out, I see the new special smoothies. Shouldn't it be where I first drive in?

They are a little slow due to the drive thru person not helping unless there are drive thru orders. Good smoothies just a touch slow

Good service. Good smoothies. Spruce it up a bit with some plants or ferns. Make it a little more comfortable for tropical lovers.

I give them 5 stars because I ordered a drink that I thought I would love and it turned out that I wasn't at all pleased with it but that was not their fault yet when I took it up there to explain what happened they offered to make me something that I would like and would not let me pay, yet rather than manager said she would rather me be satisfied and come back then have to pay for two smoothies and throw one away. I feel as if this manager went above and beyond and I was very grateful

Staff is great even the young kid there he is very nice and helpful and I would thank you Dj u are a good found kid

I LOVE the food here & i LOVE the smoothies, but every time i come here the person who takes my order is very rude & it seems like they don’t want to be at work.

If yoyve never had one there smoothies you have to try them.bahamamamas are good bannana good iv tryed few id recomend the place

Very delicious, except for some of the foods. The chocolate chiller has to be the best smoothie at this place and they have varieties of other healthy superfood smoothies here also. It is close to both major Huber schools as a fun hangout place. Would recommend for those in the area.

You go anytime during the day it’s fine. But if you try to go towards closing time it’s bad. We got there at 850 and they had the lights off and refused to let us in stating they closed.

Employees were very nice, cashier lady didnt get my joke i told though. I asked her if i had to take a number when i was the only guy in the place. Also the bananas they gave me were greener than baby diarrhea, if it werent for these two things id give five stars. African american gentleman called me big dog and i felt like we had a connection

I personally love Tropical Smoothie this is my favorite place to visit whenever I come to Huber Heights. Absolutely wonderful service and food. Food is made fresh made in a reasonable time and always delicious. I suggest you check it out for yourself I'm giving this 5 stars.

Waited in drive thru line with only 3 cars in front of me for 25 min for 1 smoothie. When I arrived at the window the cashier told me she forgot my order so I had to repeat it and wait even longer. Different cashier came to the window 5 minutes later with the next cars order so they completely forgot about me. No leadership there. No drive to care for their customers. Will not be returning.

Have been waiting in the same spot for 30mins, not sure what is going on but I am never coming back. It took over an hour to pay too much for a smoothie that isn't worth the time to wait.

Food is always good. Currently in the drive thru 24 minutes and only had 2 cars ahead of me. Your blocked in by a curb so no escape and still have one car ahead. Im late now for an appt. Same situation last 2 times in drive through also. If your in a hurry probably a wrong choice.
