Great store. Perfect place to gift shop for friends and family. Awesome vibe, nice employees, and great prices! I have to stop myself sometimes cuz there's always so many things I'd like to have!

Used to go to this store at the polaris location and can agree that the manager/owner is problematic + rude.when I was still in high school, I used to shop here with friends until one day the manager/owner accused my friend at the time, who is black, of stealing because she “could not see the item she had picked up”. She then asked to search her backpack until she realized my friend was still holding the item.while my friend was telling us about this, the woman accused us of “talking about her in her own store” and told us to get out while we were SHOPPING for Christmas gifts with full intention of purchasing. I have not & will never shop at this store again due to the clear racial profiling and unprofessional way this was handled.not very surprising that the polaris location no longer exists! There are plenty of other small businesses to support in the Columbus that I would recommend over this store

Hey this place is pretty great! I buy incense here, but they have a bunch of other stuff that you expect to find a at a store that sells incense.

This place is awesome. It smells great, it looks great. It's just amazing. Prices are very high but it is still cool and they have nice stuff.

Can't tell you how many times I've come in here to smell every kind of incense. Like, at least 5.

Always a great experience coming in to look at all the wonderful products they have. Definitely your store if you're looking for a unique gift!

They have a table of kid’s toys and one of the toys is the squeezable jelly balls inside mesh. They are meant to be squeezed. My 10 year old has bought several of them here in the past and today we went in while waiting for our movie to start next door, she squeezed one once and it exploded all over the place. I promptly got an employee letting them know what happened and that it was all over and on my daughter and she got snarky and said “she squeezed it too hard” and had a disgusted angry look on her face. I asked for a paper towel and happily would have cleaned it up but she then said “next time you come in here I’d appreciate it if you don’t touch those toys since you broke one all over my merchandise and made a mess”. I told her I’m sorry that my daughter touched a toy that is meant to be squeezed but don’t appreciate the attitude about it. She said it’s never happened before and that next time she would appreciate if we don’t touch them. I said there won’t be a next time. It’s a shame because it’s a cute store but this same
lady has been rude to me before. I don’t know if she’s the owner or the manager or just an employee but she’s a miserable person who shouldn’t be running a store with hands on stuff if she doesn’t expect accidents to happen. Honestly, last time we were there one of those same toys was leaking all over the container before my daughter even picked it up and we purchased other ones and she tried to blame us for the other one being messed up that she hadn’t broken. Never going back in this store. If my daughter was the type of kid who ruined her toys or was disrespectful in a store then I wouldn’t be in the store or let her touch things, these balls commonly do this.read reviews online. I did not appreciate the way she acted and if she wasn’t so rude and condescending I would have offered to pay for the CLEARANCE item she was so angry about.

The girl that helped us, Stephanie, was amazing and very friendly. Also, she didn't freak out when a guy in the store pooped himself.

Been shopping here my whole life. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. You can always find fun unique little trinkets here.

The ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. The store itself was clean had a very nice layout. There was some cool things to see and it's nice if you're into spiritual stuff or like hippie things.

Nice layout. Wasn't greeted. The woman working behind the counter seemed irritated that we were even there. She didn't offer any help. It was just all around uncomfortable. They weren't busy either.my mother in law and I were literally the only customers in the store.
