Ordered two steak dinners well done.first time bring it to the table it was dark red and very bloody, sent it back second time then come back not as red still bloody, sent it back third time back still red no blood. After that told waitress to take back and not to worry about bring the steaks back to the table. The person on the grill must not know how to fix steaks to be well done.
My wife and I won't be back due to your grill person don't know how to fix food.stars are a -25 can't go any lower then 1 due to it won't let you post it.
Staff was super friendly and service was great. Tabby was an amazing server and remembered my drink order after only asking once. We don't get this good of service in the city!
Terrible service. Apparently the place is run by untrained teenagers. Would not refill soda and tea, waited a very long time for uninspired food.
Fri night my husband and I went to trotters for dinner and a couple of beers. Food was good but servers were really unprofessional one girl was vaping behind the bar. Not sure if we will be back
Food isn't as good as it used to be. Many times I try to order items off the menu- they don't have it
Don't take your kids here. While the food was okay, you can here all the foul language from the bar which the kids were able to hear plain as day in the back eating area. There is no way to avoid the bar as you must walk through it to get tonthe dining room.
I just stopped in for a few drinks. I have eaten there before and have never gotten a bad meal. Service is always good and super friendly people. Good prices and a very relaxed atmosphere
Waited one hour on my food. It was extremely loud. Unable yo have a conversation with my dinner mate. Food was not good. Will not eat there again
