If I could give 0 stars I would! We moved in 2016! It was a very nice place. Residents were always outside and friendly. New owners took over and the place went to hell. They stalk the residents, constantly write people up! No one liked to be outside anymore. They raised the lot rent up to $435 and now charge $45 for water. We finally had enough and sold our home.
A few days after we were moved out, we got a call from the Geauga County Sheriff office. Rhonda and Mike the managers were accusing us of putting cement down some drain! ‍️ And they were not giving us back our deposit! They have no proof, and will not provide any proof!
The new managers are mean nasty people! Don’t let her fool you! They are drunks too! Whatever you do don’t turn your back, you will have a knife inserted!
Do Not Buy in Troy Oaks!

Owners are awful and will do everything they can to cite and fine you for the most lucrative things. We had an emergency and it took them 4 hours to respond, which left us with 8,000 dollars worth of damage. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Park used to be nice before new owners took over. Lot rent goes up every year with no warning or explaining why. The excuse they have is that its to "keep up with the property " but you are responsible for your own yard? I got a $50 fine for letting my two year old play with chalk in the driveway. I could go on and on. This place is no good. Not a friendly home community as advertised. The new owners are the rudest people I've ever met. Also made everyone in healthcare take down our "a hero lives here" signs because they dont support us working through the Covid-19 pandemic. Honestly disgusted with this place

A nice park very well kept.
Negatives
Expensive lot rent with the new owners.
With new owners lot rent has rose 100 dollars in 1 year. Water that use to be free is now 45 dollars.
Strict rules but I guess that is why it is a nice park.
