Beautiful Remodel and lovely art work. A lot of new Staff. Very friendly and Hardworking. Answer all my questions and go above and beyond to help meet the needs of our loved one. Thank you to All the staff for a great job and to EVS for the most important job of all for keeping it clean! You are appreciated and your efforts and hardworking are Recognized. My brother was there less than 8 hours and had a horrible experience. He told them he was having chest pain and he laid for over an hour without help. He finally called his wife who immediately called for the squad to go get him! By the time he got to the ER he was in congestive heart failure and Afib. They did nothing to help him!

My grandma came to this unprofessional place from hospital to get her strength back from falling at home y she was in Troy rehab no body was watching or checking on her she fell and broke her hip in there care now she’s back in hospital because of them please don’t send your love one here the place is ran by kids after hours.and staff that don’t care about people there.or obviously my grandma wouldn’t of got injured I don’t recommend this place to anybody they need to be shut down

My husband has only been there since the 8th of March. I am thankful so far as to the friendliness of staff and nurses! I pray it continues because I love the facility

My mother is a resident in the memory care living quarters. Her caregivers there treat her like she’s their family too! They keep me informed of any issues or consents mommy has! I am great full for them!
