This is now our go to home away from Home. Jennifer took care of us along w a couple of other really nice ladies. It was just my son and I we came to swim and just get away for his birthday wich when they found out it was his birthday they sang to him and made us feel great. Love the location it's close to home and also my job at the casino. We honestly can't wait to go back and stay again at the Monroe ohio location.

Stayed one night each at the Monroe and Cincinnati-Sharondale locations. Only complaint is some TV channels had sound but no video. Standard continental breakfast, but they were kept fresh, the rooms were great and service was amazing.

Stayed overnight November 10th to November 11th. The girl working the check in area was great. Great service and when asked for a recommendation on a good Mexican restaurant. She recommended one and it was great. Overall would stay again and would like to thank the girl working the check in.

Waited 30 minutes to check in. One bed was not made correctly in the room. The morning lady at desk playing her phone the whole and reluctant to assist anyone with anything. When approached, did not say a word and gave us a dirty look for interrupting her.feels like no training and staff coaching at all.would not recommend to stay.

Joe and Joan were absolutely amazing people. They helped me with everything and made my stay so comfortable I felt like I was home This will be the only hotel I stay in whenever my family, or I come to Michigan. Amazing prices, amazing people, amazing location, and what more could you ask for? Keep up the amazing job

I stay here frequently. They are always on top of their game. There was a large group, this time. Still, the front desk were mindful in their room assignments. To make this the best experience, possible. They did a phenomenal job.

For a new hotel did not seem so.technical issues with digital keys, buttons missing on the elevator, and mold on the shower door in the room. Drain in sink did not drain. Vanity shelf in bathroom misding. Selected my room on the app before arriving but had it changed by the hotel for unknown reasons.
As an Honors member, disappointed and not impressed!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Tru by Hilton in Monroe, and I must say, Jessica made my experience truly exceptional. She's an incredibly kind and understanding person who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The atmosphere was spotlessly clean, and the hot breakfast was delicious. I'd rate my experience a solid five out of five stars!

Cold stale coffee at 530 am on Monday morning will definitely not get you 5 stars. The lazy fella at the counter didn’t seem to care that I was looking for coffee either. Maybe he should find a new gig. Customer service isn’t his strength

They treat us well every year.except when i arrived at 3 my room still wasnt ready.the lady at the desk was a little rude but i got her together quick.everyone else was great and we had a wonderful weekend as usual

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Before I stay at a hotel I use their public restroom to get a feel for the hotel. Most lobbies are typically kept quite lovely so I prefer to look a little deeper. I went into the public restroom and it was disgusting. They had 2 different restrooms and upon checking the other it too was disgusting. Needless to say, I didn't stay at that location. I've stayed in Tru before in TN and it was quite pleasant. The Monroe, OH location needs to clean those restrooms.

This place is great. We had a wonderful welcome from Jessica. She took great care of us after having to checking out of one hotel because of very bad conditions. It was nice to walk into, Tru to a clean, refreshing, relaxing, fresh smelling and a very friendly face with a warm greeting. Thanks Jessica for making are late check-in and stay wonderful and giving us great suggestions on things to do. Keep up the good work.

Very nice hotel.highly recommend staying here, from the moment I walked in to check in Jessica greeted me and totally took care of us.the Rooms are very clean everyone super friendly.we drove here from Oregon and stayed in best westerns all 8 states we went thru only to land here in Monroe Ohio. We did go to the best western here in Monroe only to turn around and leave (horrible motel it old and smells and dirty) got on line and got a room here sooo happy we did. Good job Jessica you rock and thank you tru Hilton we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for a family trip from Sunday to Monday over Labor Day weekend and we booked 2 months in advance. It was a short distance from Kings Island and right around the corner from the casino. The location is great. Our check in was at 3: 00, we arrived at 4: 00 and they did not have rooms available or ready. The receptionist had to run up the stairs twice to see if they had a clean rooms available. It seemed as if we were just "assigned" our rooms not knowing if they were clean or not, as we were standing at the counter and had already waited 15-20 minutes to get the room. Once we got the room, it wasn't clean-clean. It was doable. The housekeeping needs work - smeared stuff on the wall, toilet was not clean, which then made me nervous about if the bedding was cleaned. We found ashes in the room from the previous person, but the room did smell fresh like something had been sprayed. The hallway had trash and dirt all throughout and looked like it had not been swept in a week. I was also annoyed that I am a Hilton member and nothing had even been mentioned about being a member. I will say the receptionist was pleasant, however the housekeeping needs work. I will probably not stay here again.

This place is slowly going downhill. Sad bc it was our favorite destination for kids. They have a great game area for board games, complimentary breakfast, all day coffee bar (thought they switched to the nasty syrup creamers and took away the hot chocolate they used to provide). Super fun venue bit need to work on reestablishing professionalism and cleanliness. I hope they do bc we love the memories we've made
