Audrey quickly determined that the electrical line to my outdoor lamppost was no longer working properly. She laid out all the options to fix it and explained each thoroughly. The solar lamppost she selected matched my existing pole which is great. She did excellent work and was very professional. Highly recommended.

Mr smith was courteous and thorough. He tested circuit breaker outlets and junction boxes to pin point the problem.

Our furnace wasn’t working and they sent a technician right away. He was fantastic, knowledgeable and took extra care to make sure everything was working before he left. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to two friends already.

Our old furnace failed just prior to Christmas. These gentlemen installed our new system today. They were stellar in all aspects. Can’t say enough good things about them! Kyle, Troy, Byron and Kam are excellent, professional installers as well as being kind and friendly; a joy to have in the house.

During the last extreme cold spell, Jay and Doug responded promptly to a furnace problem on a Saturday morning. They were very courteous, friendly, and thorough. They analyzed the issue quickly and then waited to make sure the furnace was working properly before leaving.

My rating is for my technician only. Brandon, did a great job. He was very professional and enlightened us on some things we didn’t know.

But, I have a real problem doing business with a company that doesn’t give any indication of a timeframe of when my appointment was going to be in advance. What an inconvenience to your customers, and a good reason as far as I’m concerned, to do business elsewhere.
