Great Place and great prices! I loved the Manager named Rodney, he was absolutely amazing! Knew so much about the product, the price, was just above and beyond with ideas! That Kee Kee girl was okay, great customer service voice.

I bought and paid for windows and install here in Sept 2023. I was told by the young man, who appeared to be new and the gm did not seem real interested in helping, that it would probably be the first week in Oct.never heard nothing. Went to the store in the middle of Oct to ask what was going on and was told by the GM I don’t know why he would tell you the first week of Oct. I don’t either but that’s what I was told! So I asked about a refund and was told that I could get a refund on the install but the windows I would be stuck with because they were special order. Mind you I was told by the guy that came and measured that they were standard size. Not to mention, you don’t even have the windows yet! OK Carl! Here it is Nov and still haven’t heard anything. Will be calling corporate, the BBB and my friends husband who happens to be a lawyer as soon as I finish typing this. Who wants windows installed in the dead of winter? You going to pay my gas bill? I doubt it very much. Now when I get their sales ad it goes straight in the trash which is sad because I use to be there at least 2x’s a week.
Don’t put your money in their hands because they are not reliable!

Went in TJ get nails don't know how to read measurements told them what I was sent in to get, employee pointed me to the nail wall, asked if I needed help told him yes, he walked away texting on his phone and didn't come back, first and last time here.

I was sold a used return Comfort Zone oil filled electric heater. We I plugged it in I noticed the fan didn't work. After a short while it blew the socket it was plugged into. When I returned the heater and spoke with the manager I stated to him that the negligence of their store putting used mechandise back on the shelf could have cost my family their lives.
The manager had no remorse or tried to offer any solution but to refund my money.
Needless to say I will not be spending my money at True Value ever.
I'm just grateful I caught it before I lost my family and home.

Absolutely horrid service. They didn't have multiple types of common fittings. The first worker could not be bothered to help and the older cashier was extremely slow and seemed determined to chat up with the customer ahead of me. I will avoid this location.

The old Busy Beaver has joined forces with True Value in the old Sears Hardware location for a much needed neighborhood hardware with BBQ supplies, hardware, plumbing, lawn care, electrical, paint, cleaning, tools, pet supplies and more!

One person on register and She was extremely slow We got in line and didn't move for almost 15 min. She was to busy joking and having fun with the elderly lady. We put our stuff down and left.

Prices and selection are good if you don't need anything too special. My issue is the checkout process. Cashier spent 15 mins trying to ring up 1 bag of screws before paging for assistance while a line grew. I eventually left my cart and my items.
