True Value Hardware and Farm reviews
9True value didn't have what I needed in store but was happy to order it for me at no extra cost. I like that they are still family owned and community based. It's nice that they are truthful and helpful if you need it and not just out to make a buck.like say walmart. They have a wide selection of everyday needs and repairs and now a days they even sell guns and ammo. So if you have the extra time or need to do a project or even a small repair just stop by true value hardware and help support this family/community owned business. Thanks.
The store looks really nice now. I bought a couple of the old nuts and bolt bins. I would come back and shop definitely. After my first experience when I moved here when buying some router bits the old man there really didn't win me over in any way so I took my business else where for 10 years. But I'm not sure who is there now. Everything seems to be running very well and I will return for sure.
Literally follows you around. The employee stands and stares at you while trying to corral you to the register. I was not the only one. Another guy left yelling because they wanted to pat him down. WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Had a great experience there. Bought a weedeater and a leaf blower. Friendly and helpful. I won't deal on Richland Avenue again.
I was having a problem locating am item and a young man came up and asked if I needed assistance. He then directed me to what I needed but suggested another item due to safety for environment. The place is completely different now and looks great! Glad they are in my neighborhood!
Great place to find things u need with tools or hardware. Best place to get small engine repair work done. Has brand new stihl department, and paint center.
This business has been completely restored under new management. They are well stocked and better organized.
Came in after the remodel and the store is significantly easier to navigate now and looks great! Same friendly and helpful staff as always. My only complaint is that their prices hover a bit on the high end for most things, but it’s not a deal breaker in most cases.
