Only because zero stars isn't an option. Employee that refused service to my African American friend should be fired because they don't serve his "kind" there.
I was just in Shell gas station on Royalton Rd in Strongsville, OH. I had the nicest cashier, her name was Bree. I was paying with my debit card and I never knew I didn't have to insert and pin number blah blah blah. She was so sweet and explained to me just to lay card on reader. All this time, years, no one has ever told me this. Thank you Bree! You sure are a keeper!
Temporarily "closed" the store so the employee smoke and socialize with his friend. I'm sure this is rare because I frequent this location but the story had to be told.
They refuse to wear masks. When confronted about the issue just complains about having a health issue which is garbage.
