While trying to obtain lottery tickets out of the machine at the Turney Road location, the machine would not dismiss any tickets for the megamillion nor the Powerball. I asked to speak to the manager where she could open the machine and see where the problem was, and make the correction. The manager refused to open the machine by stating, she does not have keys to open the machine. As I asked for the corporate telephone number, she went to the office and wrote down the and came back with the keys to the machine. The machine was out of paper which she fixed. That was after she insisted, I needed to play one of the scratch off because she could not give me a play one of the scratch offs, which I’m not a custom to playing and when she fix the machine by making sure the paper was fit properly, The machine began to work. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and I do not believe she is manager material. Her name is Sheba or so she said it is. As she begrudgingly gave me her name. Not only that, she sent her employee out three to tell me that there was nothing that she could do to assist me. Never shop at the store if you can help it unless you don’t care about customer service.

Toxic culture. They expect above and beyond out of their employees, but don't want to pay top of the line wages. Managers are required to work 45 hour weeks or more (and get paid for 40). If your store isn't "fully staffed" then you aren't allowed to use PTO. Took away sick time and lumped it in with vacation time at a loss of available time. Took away milage coverage under the guise of a "raise, " which was also a loss. Force managers to cover when no one else will at stores that aren't even their own at a moment's notice. Have no regard for their employees and then wonder why morale is so low. Don't pay loyal employees fairly when the people who are coming in keep getting more and more money to walk through the door. Equipment constantly breaks and has ongoing technical issues. This is the place for you if you want to endure nothing but hassles and problems as part of your daily work routine. As a manager, you can't even go to the next town over during the weekend without getting chewed out by upper management. They expect you to have no life outside of the gas station. You can't plan anything in your own life, because inevitably, something will come up and they will tell you to go cover it, (even if it's not at your store). I've had to repeatedly cancel vacations, birthday celebrations, time with my child, special occasions.just so Truenorth could make money.

Great customer service! I emailed corporate customer service when I had an issue with a local gas station and received an instant response; the manager of that local station then called me within 2 hours; I'm impressed!

Some of staff at True North North Randall is very unpolite, mean, yelling, cussing at paying customers. A disgress to our community. They are behaving so unfriendly. They need a good Management Team.

Do not use your EFS card at True North Shell. Either they don't accept it or don't know how to use it but they will get it canceled by EFS for fraud alert due to multiple failed attempts. Your EFS card will be worthless. And it's worthless trying to talk to anyone there about it.
