Was recently kicked off my benefits. Never got a letter stating anything. Talked to 2 different people and both told me they would refuse me medical. I have asthma. I was recently in the hospital for it. Told me I make “too much”. The guy even came up with a false calculation of how much I make. If I actually made what he “calculated” then I wouldn’t be calling them. Both people I talked to were completely rude. When they answer they don’t even say hi or ask how you’re doing, they just get straight into whatever. They told me I was put on my own case because I’m 20 years old, turns out nobody put me under my own case and I was still stuck on my mom’s. The guy I talked to even laughed at me when I asked him if he was denying me medical.

Terrence Miles needs fired. Tried to get medical and he lied to me saying he was working on my case, never even opened one and hasn’t answer my calls or messages for weeks

Im currently homeless and fleeing abuse. These workers all need replaced. They have no people skills, insensitive, rude, and its extremely disappointing. Somewhere you are supposed to turn to for resources and real help! Instead they don’t review your papers before the call. They act as though doing their job is to hard. I was on hold for twenty mins for a rude supervisor to say I wasn’t able to receive or transfer my benefits from another state. Im trying to prepare to transfer to my new home. Where i will be residing on the first of September. How can i prepare as a single mom in my new chapter of life dealing with these kind of ppl. They called me back four times knowing i was reporting them! I contacted the state representative and i will have a social worker be in contact. I will never again look forward to communicating with this office! Very UNPROFESSIONAL

I have a hard time pushing myself to reach out for help. When I do it would make things so much easier for me if people were polite and didnt treat me like garbage

Did a phone interview for fs application and the lady, Angela, was so rude and was threatening fraud towards me. She gave me an anxiety attack so I had to hang up. I don't know what I'm going to do now. I have a 4 year old daughter and I absolutely cannot take her father for child support because 1.we are still together, we just live in different cities and he's disabled in a wheelchair and his rent alone takes his whole monthly check. She told me I'm required to take him for child support because he's not in the home. These people are so beyond inconsiderate.

The case worker should work in another area. Terrible, first her interview was by email. Second she is very inconstantly she says something and keep giving reasons for not give the benefit but I think I am facing discrimination if that second time she does the same I will report her for discrimination department

Rude tell u something different always ask for same documents over n over they have people calling from their own homes yelling at kids while not listening to you. No idea how to properly and politely help! Treat people like they are garbage

Not very helpful like I was being rush off the phone and I just felt I was being rush just be cuse I was asking q a bout a few things not very happy how I was treated

This place is sooo disrespectful and hateful to all the people that come in. They do not know how to speak to anyone with one ounce of respect. If I even call to ask a question about my case they say oh you and hang up instantly on me. They purposely mess with my account and refuse to give me help. So much so, that I had to do a state hearing and actually won because they were lying about how they calculated my account. They need to rehire a completely new staff that understands compassion and what its like to be a human being. Not everyone is so lucky and life can easily change for anyone really fast. I give 0 stars
