We turned in our reverification documents ourselves SEVEN WEEKS AGO, but the Department of Development sent us a letter saying they don't have them yet. I keep trying to get a winter crisis appointment but it's always full, so we ask, and they say "she hasn't reset it for December yet, I'm not sure when she will. " They gave us a number for Wednesday walk-ins that GOES TO VOICEMAIL. I tell her I'm worried we'll lose our PIPP, and she says "they usually put you on a payment plan that's a little higher until we get you reverified", meaning THEY DO THIS TO PEOPLE REGULARLY. I call the Department of Development and they say "Yeah, they're behind" at TCAP.

We never had this problem in Toledo. They're not doing thier jobs, and they're putting people's lives at risk with the winter temperatures.

I applied for water assistance. The caseworker said he would call me and let me know how much I had to pay. I waited over a week when I called back the receptionist was very rude, talking over me, repeating herself as if I was getting on her nerves when I’ve been waiting for over a week for an answer.

Messed up, I was forced to wear a mask and all the employees were walking around with no mask on there face at my PIPP appointment.

The so called staff are so ghetto and ignorant they don't want to do the job they are paid to do. They treat the elderly and ill so mean that they shed tears and will refuse the help they are entitled to because they can't stand such disrespect. If you don't want to serve the public in a decent manner, grab a broom and put your talents to good use. This grant money is what keeps this place afloat and if it were not for clients calling and coming in what other job would you be qualified for? Not one dime is coming out of your pocket, that would be improbable. That is disgraceful that someone would rather have utilities disconnected then face such utter disrespect. If you want this job please act as if you were raised by a human and not a pack of hyenas. Treat people the way God ordained us to.
