Trummel Painting, Cincinnati OH

Had Trummel Painting at our home in Hyde Park over the past 2 weeks to paint it from top to bottom. Note that we lived in the home throughout the time - two active dogs, two kids, and two parents who work from home.
They navigated around flawlessly. We had a crew of the same three guys and they did an amazing job. Quick, detail oriented, respectful (cleaned up each day or communicated with us when they needed to leave things out), and just overall pleasant to have around. We had some complexities (tin ceilings that needed repair, etc) and they were incredibly skilled at navigating it.
Our house has never looked better, thanks to the team.

I found them randomly online and I'm happy that I did. Jason came out and was very professional and experienced and took pictures of the project and got back with me on the bid. Very reasonable price and had his co worker named Brandon come out and do the job. He did a magnificent job congrats to him. Will definitely use yall again thanks so much.

Repeat customer here! Starting with Jason coming to my house to provide an estimate. He arrived on time, gave me some great ideas to think about with color selections, and followed up quickly with the estimate. Ben did a fantastic job on the painting part of the project. He was very thorough, professional, and he did a great job! I will definitely use them for my next project!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Trummel Painting. I hired them to paint the exterior of my 95 year old stucco home. I pointed out a few areas I knew of that needed wood and stucco repair, but made it very clear that any damaged wood or stucco they found along the way, I wanted repaired as well. They did not do that. They did not scrape, caulk, paint under the window sills, or caulk around the window trim as expected. I had to inspect their work and send daily requests to the project manager on things they missed. On top of that, they left nails in the driveway that I ran over with my car, did not protect the ground around the house that's now white with paint, and damaged my blacktop driveway with the power washer. A lot of the trim paint bubbled. They told me it's because of a chemical used on old trim boards, but oddly enough, the previous trim paint was not bubbled. They fixed some of the bad areas, but not all of it. They left the large paint containers open over the duration of the project, so the remaining paint that they left me isn't in good condition. Overall a pretty poor experience. Jason was responsive, and they did try to address most of the issues, but I would not recommend them. It was a stressful experience.

Trummel Painting does great.professional, quality work, great rates. 10/10.will.use again for future projects. Helped me replace an entire ceiling that had partially collapsed. Looks great now. Thanks Ben!

We used Trummel Painting this week to do some plaster and dry wall repairs after we had a roof leak. They did great work at a fair price and the crew was professional and respectful. The best part was my house was cleaner after they left than it was when they got here! They actually mopped the whole floor. We’ll definitely be using them again!

We reached out and got a quote in August and were told that they’d follow up in roughly 3 weeks. I followed up a few weeks ago (November) and have still not heard back from Jason Keeney or anyone from the company. I understand that business may be backlogged but the lack of follow up is extremely disappointing.

Several weeks ago we had a few rooms in our home painted by Trummel Painting. While the painting job was fine, days later we noticed multiple Bengals and Reds jerseys were missing, and just recently several specialty engraved whiskey bottles missing as well. I hope these are the last items.

We have had no one in our home besides the painters for this job. And I do not have proof of the painters stealing these items. But the facts are, these items were in our home before the painting job, are gone from our home after, and nobody else has been in our home.

Contacted the company, who confronted the painting crew and denied.
