Very disappointing to be a 30-year member of this credit union and to be put on hold for over 30 minutes only to be told that I cannot take advantage of a 14-month renewal rate on an IRA CD because I missed the cutoff by a few days. Really? Is this truly a credit union run by its members or is it just another for-profit bank in disguise? I'm considering taking my funds elsewhere because of this truly disappointing experience. You can and should do better, Trupartner.

They are always friendly, always helpful, like when our account was hacked. Always answer my questions. I haven't had any bad experiences with them.

Never had issues with True Partner Credit Union. Nice happy people, nice new structure, drive through tellers, like any other bank, but with a style.

Have been a member since 1986 at CACU long before they united as TruPartners and mainly did my transactions near downtown, but with the new branch office on the westside and since my retirement, it is more convenient than ever. Must note I never use the drive-thru, always go inside to see "my peeps" as they always have a friendly smile and greet me with respect and dignity, plus they treat my transactions and any problems with care and accuracy. Not really interested in the minor percentages when I know they are a trusted commodity that you can not buy nor overvalue. It is truly appreciated.

I have been banking with them for at least 3 years and have yet to be charged a single fee of any kind. No fee atms, friendly tellers, not one of the problems I've had with just about every other bank I've ever used. The only small drawback I can come up with is their interest rates on savings and money market seem very low but isn't that how every bank's are anymore?

If I could give a zero I would. Looking forward to banking elsewhere soooooon. Had my account over 20 years an they make more money off my money than me charging for everything an I have yet to establish a line of credit with them with multiple deposits a month I work an receive several deposits to only not be able to make a deposit after hours with my ATM card. They freaking suck an I have been referred to better unions I can't wait to have a off day an close the whole account an reroute my deposits elsewhere I hate I even filed my taxes already an routed them here but it will be one big withdra an account closure when it hits. Very dissatisfied an hate the new mgmt. God forbid I every need a emergency loan cause even my elders can't believe after all these years of consis deposits I have not been reached out to for a line of credit. Bbb

Claudea - Whoever that is that gave such a.poor review is a whiner. Money is money.its mathematical. What you can judge a bank on is atm rates, check withdrawal fees, etc.and friendliness of the employees. Anyway I have no problems with them. They are efficient, polite, and have decent hours. I cant expect more than that.
