2nd time getting a vehicle here, just as smooth as the first time. Patient while I had to gather info to get my approval (paystubs etc) approval was decided quickly. Jared and Jacob worked efficiently to have me on the road as quick as possible. Best part was not having pushy salesmen on vehicles they wanted to sell, they both heard me out and let me decide what I wanted to test drive and look at. I worked with Mr Karam who couldn’t have made the process for getting a vehicle any smoother. I used to work at a dealership myself, and I wished we had someone on my staff like him. If I could give 10/10 stars, I would.

Great place to get a vehicle the staff is wonderful. Jacob is super personable. They also have a Sam smith lookalike that works there as well!

I don’t normally write reviews, BUT, I feel like the guys at trusty’s in Norton deserve high praise, I have been dealing with randy and the guys for just over 5 years (7 different cars between my wife and I)! When I tell you I have had run ins from sales people to upper management I have talk to all of them. Not every car has been wonderful BUT (big but incoming) I have never once been stuck with a vehicle that has not ran or has blown up! I just got my Acadia back from the engine being replaced at no cost to me because the guys at trusty’s have gone above and beyond to make sure my family has trustworthy vehicles, and ps in the contract it states during warranty service they don’t give loaners, they let me have a loaner the 6 weeks it took to get my new engine in! So when I tell you those guys go above and beyond they do! Trusty’s will have my buisness for a long time to come if the guys stick around! Thank you so much randy and team my family appreciates you!
