We hit our brakes hard in a near accident. And within 30 minutes. Inspection. Replaced brakes and rotters and were back on the road in 30 minutes.

Tuffy was the best experience I've had with a car repair in a long time. The guys I dealt with with super friendly, informative and provided timely updates. I took my car in the morning and was called within the hour with an estimate. The car was ready mid afternoon. Would definitely go back the next time i need any kind of car work done. They really know their stuff! I have already recommended this place to my co-workers and family.

Just stopped in to the Central Ave store in Sylvania, Oh this morning. Krista, Charles and the rest of the staff were incredible. They were welcoming and friendly. They also offered good advice on my vehicle. I was in on this visit, to have them replace the worn out muffler on my Honda Civic.
Krista got me checked in and, gave me a fair assessment of the time frame that the work would take. Charles and the techs in the shop, were very efficient and knocked out the work very quickly for me.
If you are in need of any automotive service, I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing the staff here.

Blew out our tire on the highway and they got us in right away and also made sure that the truck didn't have any damage more than just the tire.very friendly and awesome with customer service. Charles and I think her name was Christy? !? We're happy fun and cool as hell.thanks guys!

Christa was incredibly helpful. I came in with zero knowledge of my trucks tires and she took care of me! Turns out I was driving with an unsafe PSI in every one of my tires! If you see this, thanks for all of your help, girl!
