Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center, Bowling Green OH

They worked on my truck today and did shocks, sway bars, exhaust…other places threw parts at it…this place fixed it all in one shot! My truck has never been this smooth or quiet.

Tom, Emmett and Co.were absolutely incredible. They're very fast, efficient, knowledgeable and flexible. They moved some things around to get me in same day and I was out of there after just a few hours. Emmett even gave me a ride home since I live close, and offered to pick me back up when my car was done. Great customer service, very kind and friendly people. The price was very reasonable also.

I brought my car to Tuffy when I got a flat tire while on a road trip. Tom was busy but made time to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. I'm so grateful for his assistance!

After MONTHS of having death wobble on my jeep and taking it to numerous shops to try to balance my 35 inch tires and being told no one could do it. Sebastian not only located the issue, but gave me advice on a few other issues other shops couldn’t figure out. 100% will continue my business here!

Price was significantly cheaper than the other places we checked! They were friendly and didn't treat me like i'm stupid (i am) Definitely recommend for when your catalytic converter is inevitably stolen in BG!

After I got my Cadillac towed to them, they fixed multiple issues and got me the best deal possible. Their services are above and beyond and I will continue to bring my car to Tuffy for many years to come!

If there were more stars to offer I would. My husband and I have been using Tuffy for many years. We always get efficient service, honesty and patience with my lack of knowing how to describe issues with my car. Prices are fair and the employees are just down right amazing.

Jim is the best and most caring mechanic I have ever met. He did not charge me for his labor because it was a short diagnostic check and he also recommended me to some other mechanics who specialize my car’s electrical problem. This is my first time using Tuffy and I’d go back again for him to fix my car problem.

PEOPLE BEWARE. I was charged for an oil change and my oil WAS NOT changed. This place disguste me. Im on disability and limited income. Tom pretty much stole from me 4,000.00 This is one of those places where if you're a woman and alone, they will get you! I was initially happy with my service but then.so I go in and tell my issues with my van which were brake issues. I got a call and other things were found wrong totally 4,000. I paid all that to get everything they said was wrong, fixed. I was told one additional thing would be a stater down the road but not important at the moment.
We decided to take a day trip to Lima, one hour from my home. Well my van ended up having issues and completely died while driving on the highway. We became stranded in Lima. I called Tom and was told it wasn't an issue due to his repairs. Well. I feel if you could tell me 4,000 worth of issues and the starter would need replaced at some point THEN HOW IN THE HELL WITH YOUR MACHINE COULD YOU NOT KNOW MY ALTERNATOR WAS BAD! Still stranded and waiting for someone to tow me and get me home. The battery was replaced and I was told something was draining it. They found a tracker in it from a previous pay here place and he said that's what was drawing my battery. Not a happy customer at all.

I went in to to tuffy because I needed a headlight changed in a hurry. The service was completed in an extremely timely manner and the gentlemen working the counter were extremely friendly and understanding of my time constraint

I needed my tire repaired on short notice at the end of the day. 3 tire shops essentially blew me off because it was around 330. Called Tuffy to see if they could fit me in. The owner, Tom, made a point to get us right in. They worked very quickly, the price was more than fair and the service was exceptional. I'll be back before winter to buy new tires. Go see Tom, he's awesome.

If you like to be hung up on before you’re done talking go here. I’ll buy my tires else where mad cause I won’t schedule like if I’m paying cash today I want them today get mad all you want. Just simply say no we don’t have them I’m sorry have a nice day.

I was in need for a quick oil change and tire rotation while traveling. Called Tuffy and they were able to get me in and and I was done with no delay. Great service!

Took old 99 dodge up town to get alignment done, they called said track bar was wore out. Told them to give me a price on installing one, they called back said 700 dollars, I told them no way, they did charge me nothing for inspecting it though, went to autozone and bought a track bar for 120.00. Took to jerry in weston ohio at main street station and he charged Me 88.00 to install it. One nut on a ball joint on the end of it and one thru bolt, I gave tuffy two stars cause they inspected it and found the problem. But 700 dollars is ridiculous to replace it, i also did bring it home and got under it myself and yes the track bar was wore out, lots of play in ball joint on end of it

The team here was super friendly, really honest and upfront about the costs and needs for my car, and Emmett was super cool in taking two rides with me to understand what I was hearing in the car and making sure it was dealt with. Definitely will be coming back!
