Tuller Flats, Dublin OH

The leasing staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I just changed my mind to move in as soon as talked with the staff.

I'm in the process of getting my apartment at Tuller Flats now and I've already been treated as great as you can possibly be treated. Brittney was phenomenal when showing me my options. She treated me like a human and not just another person trying to move in. On top of that, all the others in the office were very friendly and helpful. I'm moving from a small town to Dublin so it's been intimidating trying to find the right place in a city enviroment. I was even nervous driving up to check these out. But, these ladies know how to make you feel comfortable. And I almost feel bad for being nervous now lol AMAZING SERVICE! Thank you guys!

I recently moved into Tuller Flats and to be honest I’m not impressed with it at all.
For what your paying I expect better quality and it’s not. Walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors conversations and going to the bathroom.
Leasing office is slow to respond.
In the first week of living here I put in 4 service requests. That’s absurd.
The washer and dryer are stackables and have had nothing but issues with them.
The pet deposit is outrageous and non-refundable, then they require you to give DNA of your dog?
If it wasn’t so much to break a lease I would have by now.
I highly recommend else where!

Tuller's staff is top-notch. They have amazing customer service and follow up. We had the chance to tour several of these apartment homes and they are stunning. For the price, you will get high end amenities and a great location.

Be prepared to fight Casto on every single little fee. The facilities are fine, but my experience was that it took Herculean effort to anything done. I had to move out early for a job, and they ended up charging me 3 months of rent which is ridiculous (normal practice is 1 or 2 months).

Our experiences with Casto properties have always been great and our time here at Tuller Flats is no different! In addition to the amazing, super friendly neighbors we've met here, my husband and I enjoy Tuller Flat's proximity to the quickly expanding Bridge Street District in downtown Dublin.

Nice units. Amy, Monica, & Sarah are the only nice leasing office staff.

Jordan made our move in hell because she has to fact check every little aspect of our application. She didn’t believe that our cat was a rescue even though we showed
her proper documentation/emails about it. We had to go to the property manager and show him all the papers, which he had no problem approving. It took him a few minutes to approve our application while it took Jordan days.

We broke our lease since we had to deal with domestically violent neighbors. Complained to the leasing office many times, nothing was done. We had to call the cops on multiple occasions, & still nothing was done. We had to pay a ridiculous fee to get out of the lease & didn’t get our deposit back since they over charged us for “pet urine” stains.

I would recommend renting from somewhere else as it’s not a safe place to live.

All the units are very spacious and include great amenities! The mangement staff is phenomenal and respond quickly to service request. Tuller Flats is a very delightful place to live!

I absolutely love living here! I moved in in January of this year and it has been such a great place to live! The updated finishes, the amount of natural sunlight, the level of pet friendliness, the community of people that live here, walkability to Bridge Street and so many more things are why I will easily tell anyone that it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. Myself.and my dog, have never been happier:)
