Johnathan promptly returned my call to discuss leaf removal from my lawn, the following day (12-13-23) they were here to do the work. I wished I’d known they did not guarantee a clean look upon completion, it was left with a few areas clean but other sections looked mulched which I did not want. The technician was here for about 2hrs and charged me $100 (front only no back) which I thought to be sort of expensive for the final look, I really expected it to be a more refined clean/professional job but it is not. I wished my review could have been more positive because they were delightful to talk with and seemed like very personable people, I’m just not satisfied with the final look.

Had aeration done on my lawn. Very nice job and well done. Came when they said they would be here. Will use agian.

They used to be pretty good, but the quality of the service is sporadic depending on the crew and there’s no consistency. Example: today I was charged nudging $42 for them to mow half my back lawn, ignore the front lawn and blow leaf blossom back ON to my driveway. Total on-site presence an impressive approximate 8 minutes. I pay for their repeat service for.umm, not that. I admire the owner’s story but think he’s tried to grow too fast without vetting his teams. Can’t rely on them being any good.

We had to pay for 4 week’s minimum. Three out of the 4 times, they only did half the yard. They also did not tell me when they were coming, luckily I hadn’t let my dogs out while they were here. I couldn’t get them to call me back. They only sent a message saying they would cancel it, despite calling several times with my phone number.

I’ve been more than satisfied! They’ve been: professional, on time, responsive and consistent. I would highly recommend TurfSurge.

Not to mention, they do an amazing job, mowing, trimming, and clean up all for one price. There's no need to pester or nag them, they just come out right on schedule. I'm super pleased with them. Jonathan and Turfsurge have been such a blessing! When mowing the lawn and raking leaves became too much for my mom a few years ago, I reached out to Jonathan while he was finishing my neighbor's yard. We purchased our home when we were still living in California, and needed someone to come mow our lawn before we got to town. Without having met us, without needing to sign a contract, without even having to give a credit card up front, Jonathon and Turfsurge got us on the schedule and took care of our lawn. We ended up staying with them until we got our own equipment months later. (Their great work let us keep pushing that off!)

Everything always looked so great, and they were so flexible with us. When we asked to cut a little lower, it was no problem. When we asked to skip a week, they didn't blink. My impression is that most lawn services are not this flexible, and we were really grateful for that as new homeowners on a budget. The lawn always looked great, and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced it all was. I absolutely recommend Turfsurge!

Turfsurge took over our lawn service and end of season leaf removal last year. We are very pleased with the service that was provided. The charges are reasonable. Our lawn is well trimmed. If we ask for a deviation from the timing or extent of the usual trim, Turfsurge is more than happy to make the adjustments. We like the option of charging the service to our credit card. But what is most impressive is the communication to us as customers. Jonathon emails us if weather has caused service delays. He checks in with us and emails when a charge for service has been processed. He has informative videos of the service on You Tube, and the Turfsurge website is professionally done with great information about the business, etc.

I would recommend this small but mighty, family-owned company for your lawn care needs! They are very professional and leave our commercial property looking amazing at a great price! You will not be disappointed!
