The Tutor Time of West Chester staff are all wonderful. My daughter has been going there for 3 years and it's been nothing but exceptional service. She loves everyone there and misses the time when she is away. They are helping her to learn fast and grow at an accelerated rate. Thank you to everyone there for going above and beyond!

Our Children have attended Tutor Time in West Chester for the last 3 years and we are very pleased with our choice! The staff are amazing and very professional, the center is clean and well put together to fit the needs of all students. We love the fact that the teachers set individual goals per student, then follows up with multiple face-to-face conferences to ensure that each child is meeting goals/expectations! Tutor Time is such a great school. The teaching and management team are amazing and made us feel right at home!

My child has been going to this school for a little over a year now. My daughter has experienced tremendous growth and fully prepared for kindergarten! I absolutely love this school and they recently got a new Director who is just as Amazing as the last Director. This place is so welcoming and they really prepare your littles ones to be successful in school. Hailey loves you Tutor Time and so do I!

I will be completely honest and say I was a little on the fence seeing as the daycare had just went through a director change, but the new director is AMAZING! He always greet my child & I. He’s very hands on with me, if I have any concerns they’re addressed right away. Lets not forget the teachers! So far my experience here has been great. The teachers are nice and welcoming. My child is actually learning here! This is more than just a “daycare” this is a second home. My husband and I are very satsisfied!:)

Abuse! A child was verbally abused by an employee, used profanity and this person attempted to run after and HIT this child! This just happened THIS week. Stay away!

Awful experience! One of the Infant II teachers ridiculed my child because of tooth stains that were caused by medication, laughing with the other teachers that it looks like my child eats dirt. Then she proceeded to give me dental hygiene advice during pickup, all this in front of the other parents that were also picking up their children. We canceled our enrollment that day and we had only been there for 1 week. This was the worst daycare experience! I would never leave my children here!

If your children have medical issues, this is not the daycare for you! I have 3 children that all have medication that needs to be administered daily or have outdoor play restricted. This daycare is strict about the Rx labels, which I think is fine. However, am inhaler can be used for regular maintenance as well as a life saving device. There are times during the day that my child can not be rescued due to the lack knowledge of where the Rx is located as well as how to administer. I am filing a complaint with corporate as I have not gotten any reassurance that my children can be properly cared for with the exception of the "I'm sorry this has happened" script that all employees there give me.
