Tuttle's Grove Apartments, Dublin OH

Moved in at the beginning of August and we LOVE it here. A couple issues that needed addressed and they got taken care of quickly. Maintenance is quick to get things taken care of. Truly feels like home. Ellen is AMAZING! Made the whole move in process seamless! She’s one of the reason we went with Tuttle’s Grove!

This apartment complex is not military friendly. So beware! We had PCS orders to move out of state and they told me that they would prorate my rent back to me after I moved out. This ended up being false. Our PCS order date was even for early June and we ended up paying an entire month more than we needed to. They claimed that I did not give them sufficient notice. However I told them in beginning of May and moved out in July, OVER 30 days notice. I also turned off the gas and electric for the time I wasn't living there, they ended up charging me the rest of the month and took this out of my deposit. When the manager came and inspected our apartment in May, I tried to physically hand her a copy of the PCS orders which she would not take. I kept in contact with them before I even moved out in July keeping them updated with our situation and asking if everything was good to go and if they needed additional information. They assured me every time that they were good to go and that they still planned on prorating me rent back. We were great tenants, lived here for 4 years, always paid rent on time and never gave them any trouble. Do not live here! If you are military or not, they go back on their word. They do not support military members and their family!

My family moved here in March, relocating from Lewis Center. It has been the best experience. My family and I agree that it has a warm and home like feeling. My oldest daughter said, “Mom, it feels like a family environment, not just a place to live. ” Leasing office staff is always pleasant and friendly as well as the maintenance staff. The grounds are well kept and very clean. I enjoy receiving monthly newsletters about the community events - summer fun pool events, food trucks through the fall, summer patio contests. Thank you Tuttles Grove for such an inviting home for our family.

I’ve lived here for month. The property seems to be well maintained, affordable and a great location. Ellen in the leasing office has been great through the whole process of me moving here and responds back to any help or questions I may have. Also, maintenance shows up in a timely manner for any repairs that are needed.

My husband and I have lived at Tuttles Grove for almost 8 years now and we really enjoy it! The property is beautiful and the apartments are nice and spacious. We have always felt safe here and have never had any concerns with safety. The ladies in the office are always super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place to live!

I have loved living here the past two years in a 2 bedroom. I am working on transferring to a one bedroom as my roommate is moving out, and decided to stay with Tuttles Grove because of how affordable, clean, convenient, and nice it is. The pool is well maintained and the grounds are always beautiful! I feel like it's a hidden gem of columbus. My apartment was redone entirely before I moved in, and I have never had any issues with noise levels or feelings of safety.maintenance is quick, respectful, and efficient. The complex is made up of lots of families and kids which I love!
