Tutu School Akron

The most adorable boutique ballet school I've come across. My daughter absolutely loves twirling here and the teachers are so warm and loving. Can't say enough wonderful things! Definitely recommend checking them out and trying out one of their free trial classes. You'll love it!

The owners and instructors have true class. They are amazing with kids this age. They treat everyone with respect and run an honest business. A+

This is our second year back at Tutu School Akron and it couldn't have been a better experience for my daughter! The atmosphere, fun and magic of it all makes it so much more than just a ballet class. The owners are very kind and the teachers are all sweet, and great with the kids. We also love the cute little ballet boutique with tutus and other ballet related items available for purchase. The ONLY down side is that it isn't closer to our home. That said, we love it so much that I'm more than willing to drive 30 min to get to this school even though there are plenty of other ballet options that are closer to our home. 10/10. We love it!

We’ve had a great experience at the Tutu School! We actually went to observe at three different ballet studios and it was at the tutu school that our very shy, introverted daughter actually went out to join on her very own, so we signed her up immediately! She loves going to her weekly class and often is practicing what she’s learned throughout the week with her little brother or stuffed animals. I really appreciate the flexible make up policy and the variety of days and times they offer for classes. The owners, Grant and Katie, are very personable and kind. They promptly respond via email whenever I have a question. I’m always surprised at how well they seem to remember everyone’s names! Most recently we attended a special open house event where we got to meet Elsa, make a special craft and enjoy snow cones. The highlight of my daughter’s weekend! She was also very excited to be able to bring friends with her!

I have tried to make contact with the Director of this program with no response for the past week I don’t know if they’re still in business or they don’t want to do business with me but it’s very unprofessional that within a week I don’t get a response or email or anything Facebook messenger so yes I’m going to give it one star. And after watching the videos and reading the other’s.good reviews my princesses would’ve loved joining Ase’

We have been having a wonderful experience at Tutu School! The teachers are very patient and kind, there is never any pressure to do anything your child doesn't feel comfortable doing. I love the way they teach through play and make it fun. The owners are also very responsive, kind and get to know the families. Highly recommend for any child curious about ballet!

HIGHLY Recommend! My daughter absolutely loved the Cinderella dance camp! Very magical space for my little princess to express her creativity and love for dancing. Staff and teachers were a dream - truly made the week fun-filled (with that dash of extra sparkle). Will be back!

Tutu School of Akron recently hosted our “panda-ballet” themed party for our 6 year old! Their attention to detail, flexibility, and communication were just a few of the qualities that made our daughter’s special day seamless! The party package we selected covered several aspects of the planning, preparation, and entertainment. This allowed us to be more present and truly enjoy the party. Everything surpassed our expectations! The birthday party was playful and whimsical, pulling on the most engaging qualities that create a magical and memorable experience for kids. We can’t wait for the next opportunity to collaborate with them again!

My girls had a fabulous time at the Swan Lake camp at Tutu! Two different ages … 8 and 3 - it encompassed something for both girls. Katie and her team are top notch - working hard to meet everyone’s needs. The camp was wonderfully fun… The girls came home every day talking about what they learned and how much fun they had. We are registering for classes!? Thank you for a great experience!

My daughter turned 3 in May and has not been in any type of school/day care/etc. We decided to sign her up for Cinderella Camp here because we knew she would love it, however we were concerned how she would do since this was a big step (3 hours a day) for her. Well, I am so glad we did sign her up because she LOVED it! She is a very strong willed little girl and the dance teachers were so great at easing her into the class and getting her involved. The camp was fast paced with different activities which was also great for our busy girl. She came home everyday and talked about/showed us all the new dance moves she learned. I literally watched her grow (physically, emotionally, and socially) throughout the week. The show at the end of the week was absolutely adorable. We can't wait for her to do this camp again next summer, and classes during the school year!

Thank you to Tutu School Akron for providing such an adorable & well organized birthday experience! We had such a wonderful time dancing, making crafts, and playing games with friends in true ballerina style! My daughter said it was “the best day”. ️

My daughters (ages 3 & 5) attended the Cinderella summer camp recently and absolutely loved it! As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum and another child with sensory modulation difficulties (getting overwhelmed by loud environments, etc.), I think Tutu school did an outstanding job accommodating their needs. Communication was easy and clear, the staff was so kind and helpful during transitions to and from class, and the studio space is welcoming and clean. I’m looking forward to signing them up for classes in the near future after experiencing all the wonderful things Tutu has to offer

Our daughter (5) participated in the Cinderella camp and had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back and try more classes out. Perfect set up for little ones to explore and enjoy dance without too much rigor!

My daughter loved Cinderella Camp at Tutu School! She was excited to go every day, and I could see all that she had learned during the recital on the final day. The camp was well organized and kept the kids engaged! We are considering signing her up for weekly classes since she loved the camp so much. Thank you!

We loved the trial class we took at Tutu's in Fairlawn. The dance teacher Hannah was such a pleasure, the girls were adorable and the experience was wonderful.

“Thank you for the magic! ” Is the way the kids’ end their class and I cant think of a better way to explain Tutu School. It truly is magical for these little dancers. The classes are structured in a way that the children learn about dance
