Tux & Stuff reviews
4Kinda upset that our men got our tux a few days before. Best mans pants were to big can’t do anything about it bc they just coming in! Wedding was a Saturday they aren’t open Sunday! And we had to return Monday or there’s a late fee! Are you kidding! People have to work! That is ridiculous!
They never answer the phone or return messages. Open business hours are so difficult for availability that it seems like they want to eliminate time to interact with customers. It almost gives you the feeling of a "front" for a different type of business behind hidden doors.
Over all the girls were friendly but that was about it got fitted in July for my best friend wedding payed 1/2 of the cost of the suit they didn’t come in till 2 days before the wedding none of the groomsmen’s suits fit correctly my jacket was way to small pants were way to big vest was ok the only things that fit me were the shirt and shoes but this isn’t the worst part this place is very hard to get in contact with by phone I tried calling them to get the correct operating because the hours on google are completely wrong and they would never answer there phone and I’m not the only one who tried in my party and by the time our suits came in there was no time to do alterations or get a different size or anything so 260 dollars for a tux that doesn’t fit plus the 5 trips mind you this was 30 minutes one way down there to find out that their closed or to find out that our tux’s aren’t in yet Its just not worth the money or time and like I said I’m not the only one in my party that experienced this wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Not sure what’s up with this place because it seems my friends wedding (which I was in) had so many issues from missing pieces, other people’s rentals getting mixed in, and a wide assortment of issues. They’ve claimed missing pieces and charged for late fees despite being closed on the return day and having some of the stuff we know they had.
When we needed assistance before the wedding, and then after I paid, it seemed impossible to reach them since it seems they’re never open. I drove down an hour from Canton 3 times and nobody was there during business hours. Same with others. However, they sure did reach out when they wanted more money.
I spent around $280 + $150 for a one day rental of a tux that fit wrong and had the hem fall out the first time I put my foot in the pant legs on the wedding day.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone personally. I’m a huge advocate for small business having operated one for years before COVID. I’m also one to call out businesses for bad practices. I’m hoping my experience was a fluke, but as one person out of an entire wedding party that all experienced the same thing, I doubt that.
