Thought we would have great reviews after two weddings two weeks apart with suits rented from this place. The first wedding went smoothly, along with the pick up for the second wedding (mine). We found the men who worked there to be very helpful, AND friendly. However we had a close friend drop off all the tuxes the following Monday because we would be gone on our honeymoon. When she went to drop them off, the woman was super unorganized, spilled her coffee on one of the tuxes, and dismissed my friend while she cleaned up even though all the tuxes were not scanned yet. Apparently by the time she was done cleaning the mess she forgot to scan the remaining tux and parts of the 3rd one. Days later after already shipping them back to the supplier she called my groomsmen about the "missing" tuxes. She went as far to lecture my groomsman on his choice to trust someone to drop it off the tux. At this point I was called and interrupted on my honeymoon, and had to argue with her about if they were dropped off and push for her to look deeper into it since they shipped them away before even double checking. When she finally told me she would reach out to the supplier, I was told I'd hear back and that they would hold on the fees "for now". The tuxes were of course found by the supplier and she called to let me know "not to worry about the fees" as they were found. She never apologized to me, or my groomsman that she lectured. I would have recommended this place based off of the two men who handled fittings, but was not happy with her service at all, and think things should be double checked BEFORE being shipped out and people are accused. If I were to recommend this place again, I would definitely tell them to stay and watch each piece be scanned no matter what.

After going to mens warehouse and was utterly appalled at the rudeness of the staff, I came here. The 2 gentlemen that helped me pick out a tux for my sons 1st homecoming were amazing! They broke down everything easy for me (since this is my first time getting a tux for someone). The one younger gentleman even offered a more budget friendly, yet similar version to save me some money, instead of upselling me. I highly recommend. This will be where I shop in the future.
