TWIISTED Burgers & Sushi reviews
17Great concept and the food was great! I have the fig burger and LOVED it! The cocktails are amazing and the service made it so much fun!
If you’ve had a nice burger or sushi roll, this is not the place for you. Worst then grocery store sushi and mediocre burger. No clue where these good reviews came from. Positive side, They did have friendly staff and were fast.
On paper this place makes no sense to me whatsoever, however it's execution is on point and everything we tried was amazingly good. Service was great, and the environment was way above average and very pleasant.
Burgers and sushi were great but definitely don't not something I would order again together lol. I'm not knocking either, it's just that the two items together did not go well for me. Besides that, the sushi was delicious and so was the burger. Cool idea because it leaves something on the menu for anyone to enjoy.
It was good! Not great, but good! For a place that would have Burger and sushi in their name I may have set my expectations too high. We were there on a Tuesday so I tried the hamburger Sushi combo. The hamburger patty was small for the bun and overcooked. The egg on it was overcooked as well. That was a bummer. The french fries were fun. My sushi roll was a super big one with a ton of crab on it. I really do see the potential in it, but it was hard getting over the fishy taste to it. Our entire table tried some and didn't finish it. But then some of the other sushi had some nice large cuts of tuna in it and was delicious. The tower was a little small. But very good. The dessert sushi was interesting. 1 out of 3 of us liked it. So I guess it must have it's people. Service was ok. I think that it is a fun place with a ton of potential. But definitely good, just not what I had hoped. I'm willing to give it another try. I probably won't bother with a burger though.
My sister, a retired Major in the Army, visits every Veterans Day and I take her to dinner. This year we tried Twisted. We found out there was a twenty minute wait so we asked if we could go to the bar (there was room) and get a drink while we were waiting, which the hostess acknowledged and agreed to. The bartender gave us menus and left for a while, returning to say that she couldn’t serve a drink to us in the bar if we were waiting on a table! WHAT? So we left and went to Hunan House on the Square - which always has amazing food. We were not disappointed and had a wonderful time at Hunan House!
The burgers are excellent and so was the service. Decent draught list, not a huge selection but a good one.
I've only been here maybe three times because of how far it is for me, but they always have amazing food and drinks. Sometimes the service is a little slow and it might be hard to get a table, but it's worth the wait, especially when most restaurants are like this right now.
Called to make a reservation. Was told just come on in and get tuned away at the door. Never going back.
My daughter & her friends (10 total) really enjoyed their dining experience at Twiisted before the homecoming game this past Saturday! Their food & service was Spectacular! Thank you!
We were in Medina for an RV show and wanted to eat somewhere different. We ended up finding this place. At first I was unsure about it because it's such a weird concept.sushi and burgers? But the food and service was amazing. Great prices and a really nice atmosphere. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.
All I can say is EAT HERE! Accidentally found this place on a recent trip. The food was excellent! I would say if Twisted is an hour or less away from you, that it will be worth the drive. We drove an hour and half, and would make the drive again just to eat there. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. The fries are amazing! I admit I was hesitant on sushi at a burger joint, but I would not hesitate to drive there for just the sushi! My advice is to take advantage of their burger and sushi combo and give it a try. Even the piece of pickle sushi that comes on your burger is great! Nice atmosphere, comfortable booths, great service! Make the trip!
Costumer service was great, food was subpar. You can't rely just on bacon to give mac n cheese a good flavor. The patty in my burger was also lack luster, no flavor and texture was really weird. Sushi was ok.
Waited over 25 minutes for food only to find mold on my sushi, also waited for a replacement drink which took 20 minutes and was told the bartender was backed up and there were only 20 people here
Gyro and sushi combo was good! We ate at the bar and the service was great, even though they were slammed on a Saturday night. Definitely would return and recommend to others.
What a surprise! I got the tuna poke and it was great. Don't order if you're really hungry but it was plenty for me. I will definitely be back. My granddaughter got a salmon dish and my daughter got the crab cakes (good but she's had better). Who knew a burger place could do sea food.
Nice people. Fun crazy kind of sushi. Big rolls usually pretty tasty. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Haven't tried the burgers yet.
