Twin Dental, Cincinnati OH

Ok, so I have neglected my teeth for years. I decided that I needed to do better so I called Twin Dental to make an appointment. I was first offered an appointment that was less than a week away. I was shocked because there are usually long waits to get into a good dental office. I decided to wait an extra week to be seen. I was seen today the Dental Assistant Pam was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle and very kind. My Dentist was Dr Mike. He was so professional caring and super gentle. I had to get an emergency filling and I felt nothing. Did you hear me nothing. I was given a care plan and will go back next week for more work and I have zero anxiety about returning. This office has been excellent from first contact to check out.

As a fellow dentist-avoider, I was forced to find a place quickly after needing emergency care. I am beyond grateful to have walked through Twin Dental's doors to receive gentle, patient, and empathetic care. The amount of anxiety I came in with was met with kind and caring staff that started with the front desk. I saw two doctors and both were professional and went at the speed I was comfortable with. I was blown away when I received a personal call from the doctor a day after my initial visit to check up on me, and then again when I received a hand-written card in the mail. Those small, but massive touch points brought so much comfort to me. I had some complications that were on my part and they quickly got me in and taken care of again and again. Not only does going in three total times within a week help desensitize the process, it was also their supportive and empathetic response that really helped me along. I look forward to continuing my care with them! Thank you to the front desk, accounting, dental assistants, and doctors who took care of me over the past week!

Great experience with a wonderful dentist. However, getting things squared away with insurance and billing may be extremely challenging—yes, even in network and yes even for a cleaning. Excellent service once you get in or are able to get an appointment. If you do, I’m certain this will be your permanent dentist office. Good luck getting in the door.

Great place! Everyone is always so nice and understanding. I have been to a few dentists and stopped searching for anyone else when I landed here. Dawn is awesome and I highly recommend her!

Had emergency oral surgery for a shattered tooth. Got me in first thing on a Momday morning. Did not rush and treated me very well. Highly Recommend Dr Brock.
