Everyone was wonderful and welcoming! The techs and the doctor were all very informative as to what was going on, tests they were running, and what the next steps would be.

Dr. Wood and staff provide professional and compassionate service for our little doggie. I highly recommend this vet.

I was very impressed with their service. We didn’t have a long wait with a bunch of other animals. They were not only compassionate with my dogs, but also very considerate of my concerns.

We were very happy with the service we got for our dog. Yan ear infection then another vet did not serious attention to. Are they really checked what was wrong with my dog and gave us a proper medication to take care of his ear infection. We will be coming back for any other veterinarian needs than our old vet.

5 min from my house. Dr Heather Wood got my brand new puppy in the day before 4th of July for urinary tract infection! Will continue to use this vet clinic. THANK YOU STAFF AND DR. ROXY the ROTTIE

If I could give a 0 star review I would! There is no compassion at Twin Lakes Veterinary office! I called them the day I ended up having to put my dog to rest, before I begged and pleaded for them to get me in for a quality of life visit I was going through the hardest but most humane decision of my life - the person who answered had no empathy in her voice and just said they were all booked today sorry we can see her next week! I was appalled! After this I had missed my other dogs vet appointment as I was mourning the loss of my best friend I forgot about it. I called to reschedule they wanted a deposit because I missed my appointment I explained the situation they didn't care ultimately we got the appointment but I was so upset about the lack of any care they had for the loss of my dog I refused to go to the appointment so my boyfriend took my dog. Then today, my dog hurt her leg and I called to set an appointment I was flustered and very upset about my dog being hurt. The person on the phone didn't show any concern for my dogs injury instead she said we missed our appointment (that I didn't know we had) on the 20th. Apparently after my boyfriend took her to her appointment they went aged and scheduled a follow up appointment without letting him or myself know.she said they called a day before the appointment but I have no voicememail no missed call, nothing. They again wanted a deposit no concern for my dogs injury just wanted a deposit I tried to talk to her rationally and help her with some empathy skills you should not lack as any receptionist, but it just wasn't clicking in her brain it's just all about money it seems at this clinic. The last tech wanted to do a bunch of blood testing on my dog and the one vet whom I actually like at this office told her no there was no reason for it, I could hear them from the waiting room! We will be going to a new vet office that cares about their customers and who has a passion and heart for animals. Never in my life have I had such a horrendous experience with the receptionists and vet techs!

Had to take our girl in for an emergency visit. Even though we were a new patient they treated us and our pup with wonderful care. We ended up putting our girl down. The doctor and her assistant communicated openly and honestly and were very comforting during a difficult time. This is the best interaction I have had with a vet visit in all the years I've owned pets. I will definitely be taking all of my animals to see them. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wood and the other vets at Twin Lakes are compassionate, patient, informative and knowledgeable. I also really love the front of office staff. Everyone has treated our family and pets with such love and respect. I'm very thankful for them as we lost 2 dogs last year and their help and support made it as easy as possible.

I wish I could write 2 reviews, as the Vets themselves are great and I have been coming here for years.

Michelle Mays at the front desk is probably the nastiest and most incompetent person I have met in awhile. First, she runs my card twice, then is grabbing another machine to run today's payment a third time.

All the while, I am getting notifications from my bank of payments going through.

When I tell her to stop running my card, she proceeds to flick my card at me and tells me she "wrote down the card number to bill again anyway".

The best part was when she shoved my post surgery cat at me after being nasty for 10 minutes. I just wanted to get my cat and not be billed multiple times. I feel like that is reasonable lol.

In a nut shell, they are good Doc's, but there are way too many Vets around to put up with that kind of insanity. At least bring cash and get a receipt, if you really have to deal with Michelle!

#1 When I received a bill I already paid, I immediately called my bank, they state that it was canceled on your end.
#2 As far as your "recording", it shows the same behavior as every other 1 star review that was forced to deal with Michelle and her nonsense. It will also show exactly what was described above.
#3 - No, I will not be returning. In that we are in agreement

I took my cat in the Monday. He was blocked and couldnt pee. I cried to the doctor to please help me. I begged and pleaded for help. All they cared about was money. I offered to do payment arrangements. They deniec and gave me attitude. Tuesday night i had to take him to the emergency vet and have him put to sleep. My cat would still be here if they would have helped me.

My cat was digging at his ear. Twin lakes got him the same day I called. Told us what was going on. Tuesday he's going in for surgery. They were very caring

Very disappointing this practice and the people there. They trick you into paying a deposit that, if you cancel. I called back to reschedule and they said that i have to pay another 25$ without letting me know that will charge for rescheduling (even i just call back 1hr after) I talked to the manager and she was not on the customer side, even i told her that the scheduler didn’t tell me about 25$ for the reschedule fee (if she did I would happy and pay for that because that’s my fault) they need to explain the policy more clearly for customer instead just give them haft of their policy and adding more and more when we call back. They should to change the manager if they dont want to lose anymore customers. I also never received an email confirming my appt. The individual, Michelle, was completely rude, unhelpful, nor willing to work with an person who is trying to do a good thing and rescue a puppy from being sick and need to come earlier for check up. Some compassion they have! Stay away from Twin Lake Veterinary at all costs. Im a new customer there and of course i will let them take that 25$ bc i done want to let those rude ppl (Michelle) taking care for my puppy.
For people who hasn’t been there and decided to. Please dont give your puppy to them, there a lot of places better out there. ; (.
