Two Cousins' Pizza Co, Mansfield OH

Horrible service. People behind counter were rude. Door said they close at 7pm, but refused to take the couple we were with order at 6: 05. They were in line to order before 6. They were told no orders after 6. We saw nothing anywhere about orders not taken after 6pm. They had to leave as we waited for our food that took longer than it should have. When we got our order it wasn't right and we were talked to Horrible. They then started talking about us to other customers! We used to go to Two Cousins 2 to 3 times a month. We will never go back.

Ordered boneless wings that they got wrong. Ordered a foldover that was bad, burnt edges, almost no tomatoes, globs of cheese. It used to be good, now not so much

Stopped by with my son for a quick slice of pizza at his insistence. He plowed through a slice and was pretty sure he had to have 30 more. We comprised on 4 more. I appreciate when employees talk to kids and engage with them like adults. She encouraged him to draw something and tape it up on their wall. He was very proud. Good time, great pizza. My son said "I'd rate them a 10, make that happen". So we had to leave a review for them. The jalapeño bacon pizza was excellent.

Great atmosphere, there was a new guy working and he was doing very well. My pizza was perfect and got it quickly. There is no reason why anyone should not give 2 cousins a try

I come here often, it’s always a great meal. Great service. Great prices. Even better tasting pizza…. I’d say it’s the best in Mansfield.

Talk to Nichole and get your self some Chicken, Honey, Jalapeño pizza. Absolutely fantastic!

Not sure what’s happened recently, but the service has taken a massive nosedive in the past few months. And this last experience was the worst - ended up not getting my order at all. And the people working there definitely did not care at all

I have grave concerns about this place after getting pizza here tonight. A girl who appeared to be around twelve years old was working behind the counter, answering calls. Our pizza took forty five minutes to make even though we were told only twenty minutes. However, most concerning was the cleanliness. A mop bucket of dirty water was sitting right by the register and mop heads were in the slop sink.in plain sight. Pretty sure the health department would ding them for this. Maybe they still will. Pizza was OK, but I will not be going back for aforementioned reasons. It makes me sad because we have had such a fondness for this place.

First time eating here & I felt super welcomed as soon as I got to the register. Saw all the ladies working hard and super accommodating. Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family with me! Thank you two cousins pizza

Nichole was FANTASTIC! Food was AMAZING. Service was WONDERFUL!
She checked on us, conversed with us, food was HOT and FAST! Great place to eat! Would drive 6 hours again to eat here!

The owner went out of her way to take care of us before closing! The food was delicious and she made the visit feel not rushed and she was willing to talk our ears away. I live 4 hours away and will be willing to take a day trip just to eat here!

Alright pizza, a great dessert! The little donut sugar things. Haven’t been In a while. We’ll probably stop by sometime soon!

Got the red sauce pasta with sausage and it was amazing.

I'm pasta picky and it was great!

Previously when we have ordered from here service has been fine, however this evening when my wife tried to order a Muffaletta Pie (adding grilled chicken and jalapenos) she was told that they do not (cannot) alter their specialty pizzas but they were willing to make an exception, even though we have gotten the same thing 2-3 times previously (both as dine-in and take out). After she brought the pizza home (15 min away) we discovered that she was charged the extras $2.25 for the toppings but they were never added.

Regrettably we are unlikely to return due to this quality of customer service. The pizza was acceptable and fine, it was just not what she had ordered.

You gotta try the deep dish. I'd order ahead of time because it takes 45min to an hour to make. Very filling!
