Two Men and a Truck, Cleveland OH

Moving is one of the things that I dread doing. But Two Men and a Truck made the experience so easy. The staff was terrific and explained things and how I would be charged and all of their procedures and policies. I had to reschedule once and worried I would be charged a fee, but they rescheduled me easily. The guys that moved me me were very professional, but also hilarious to interact with. They really put me at ease. I would highly recommend them again if I need to move!

I recently used 2 Men + A Truck for a cross-town move and couldn't be happier with the experience. The office team was communicative and the moving team excellent and careful. Truly, this is the best moving experience I've had and I will absolutely request the same team next time I move.

Two men and a truck were awesome for my move! They were curteous, fast, and took good care of my belongings.

The team that came to move us was great. They worked efficiently and effectively. We were on the 5th floor of a building with one slow elevator. They stage lining up by the elevator. I thought if was going to take for ever to get everything out but as one was taking out of office the other was taking down and in the truck. The move was done quickly and carefully. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Perfect service from all angles and couldn't have asked for any better. I've had bad experiences in the past and this one restored my faith in good business practice and execution.

They were good, quick + careful with my belongings however the dollys chipped my porch and upstairs floor. UPDATE: switched to 5 stars for the speed with which they resolved the minor damage.

I appreciated that they responded to my online inquiry on their site in real time and the set up process was simple and clear but still informative and thorough. They worked with changes I needed to make both before and on the day of the move with no problem. And the moving crew was professional, friendly and treated our items with great care. I’ve moved several times in my life and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company.

Movers were friendly. Unfortunately, they left items that needed moved in our garage and we’re not mindful of our pets. Leaving doors open we requested to be shut to contain the cats. Our cats got out twice. Luckily they were both found by the end of the day. Dining room table was damaged during the move as were a couple dressers.

Overall the movers showed up at my door at 11: 34 am, and they were walking out of my new place an hour and 53 minutes later. They were very professional with how they wrapped up, and carried my things, and they clearly were not careless with my things. I did have three movers, I am not sure if that is usual because one of them said I had a bonus mover for the day, so that definitely shaved off 15-30 minutes. The only thing that I think that was not good during the move was my dresser, when it was moved a few nails fell out from the back and now I just have to go get some and replace them and the back piece as well to fix is. I was told that I didn’t have to empty the dresser but I think going back I definitely would to make it lighter for the movers as I think the weight of it caused the nails to come out when they were lifting it. Overall I will definitely be using them again when the time comes as they made things way too easy.

If you need a moving company definitely call Two Men and a Truck. From the ease of scheduling to the actual move itself, the process was very seamless. I was so pleased with all the staff on moving day, especially Robert who was very thorough. Robert and the rest of the movers were extremely helpful, patient and very kind. Moving is very stressful but they made it so much more tolerable.

I contracted Two Men and a Truck to move four pieces of office furniture from a work office to my home office today. EVERY piece of furniture was significantly scratched or damaged! Please see the attached images. The office did not convey to the movers that I requested that they move a desk out of my home office as well. This appeared to have frustrated the movers. They left two desks unassembled, a bookshelf with a large hole punched through it, and a large gouge in the floor. I completed the move this evening when I got home. I will think twice before I use this company in the future!

They made my first time hiring movers to move to a new state simple and painless. I had to change my moving address about 2 weeks before the move and they were able to accommodate me, no problem. They loaded all the boxes in my 2 bedroom apartment, drove from OH to MD, and unloaded everything all in one day. I couldn't have asked for more!

I was kind of apprehensive about getting this move scheduled because it was for a single office and I figured no one would want to do a small move. But I logged into the site just to see what would happen, completed the intake and got a call back in about 5 minutes to get an estimate and final details; that's all it took! A day later I learned that I had to change my moving time. I went onto the site again, requested a later time and it happened! The crew who moved my office did an outstanding job. They moved my furniture efficiently and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is an amazing company that takes pride in what they do. I had 5 men and 2 trucks, they took care and treated my items with care and the guys were so very respectful as well as reliable.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone, you won't regret it! As for me they have a customer for life.
