Bruh same thing with this location before I went to alam Creek I went here first and reserved the truck and tralier in this location. They said the alum creek has them and they didn’t.

I had the best experience yesterday! I just needed a quick van to move some furniture and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brian Stano. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and freaking hilarious! He made it a fun experience, didn’t even feel like I was getting a rental felt like I was talking to a friend! I really appreciate his attitude and willingness to help! Thanks Brian!

Your phone waiting hours is terrible. No matter how early i called, it is still unnessaaary waiting time is 20 mins. I have to give up and find other rental truck company even though i like uhual truck for rent.

On 4/1 I picked up uhaul the tank was on 1/4th of a tank and I was told to bring it back how I received it. Once I returned the uhaul at 1/4th a tank. Ireceived my bill stating i was charged for 5 extra gallons of gas at 5 bucks a gallon. Gas is not five bucks a gallon this is ridiculous I don’t recommend to anyone else.

The employees at this location are wonderful! Went in to pick up a trailer, and my wiring harness (installed at the same location) had no power. They worked non-stop to find and repair the problem. I very highly recommend.

Unorganized, terrible communication, and customer relations. I would never use this location again.

A complete disappointment, was rented the wrong car hauler was told they have solid floors. Come to find out they don't even carry solid floor haulers. Then I was told I would get a rebate for early drop off, the manager Martha is a liar she told corporate she spoke to me which she never did. I had to fight to get my money back and the entire experience was just stressful from start to finish. I was refunded for the car hauler n dolley only. They lied about early rebate drop off.

Great service, manager had me hooked up with a trailer and out the door in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

I Had An Awesome Experience And All The Staff I Have Came In Contact With Since Moving In My Storage In January 2020 Has Been Amazing! Staff Is Always Friendly And Will To Help Fix Any Issues. Team Work Makes The Dream Great Job Everyone

Complete joke.waiting on the phone for 35 minutes to get a car dolly, decided to drive up there to watch 4 people are sitting around here trying to get one and they have no clue what they are doing

Martha and her crew do an amazing job! Always go above and beyond for me. I can not say enough good things. Martha helped me find the right boxes and moving supplies for my upcoming move. Martha even calls me by name when I pop in to get a few supplies. This will always be my one stop shop for my packing or moving supplies. Martha even helped me with my hitches wiring harness. UHaul is lucky the have this Great Manager and her crew.

This location is the location that we go to to borrow equipment. We are in and out at his location, every time. The manager, Martha, is the best! The woman is a walking encyclopedia! Thanks U-Hual, for the great service!

I had a great experience here. Martha is amazing she went above and beyond. She actually personally made sure my experience was perfect.

I had a hitch installed here. The wiring harness turned out to be a problem and caused some damage to the vehicle's electrical system which I had to pay to have repaired by my mechanic. I brought the vehicle back to this location to get a new harness installed. I brought in the old (failed) harness and the repair record from my mechanic. Richard, the owner, saw the problem with the old harness and told me he would "take care of it. " And he did. His employee fixed the wiring harness (no charge), showed me in detail the difference between the old (failed) harness and the new one.and then Richard reimbursed me for the cost of the repair work. Richard and his people (at least the one's I've dealt with) are true to their word and stand by their work. I'll be going back to Richard for any hauling or moving needs.

Unprofessional.moving is already frustrating. The lady left me on hold forever after complaining about her system taking forever and making it seem like it was my fault! I WILL NEVER GO THERE! CALLING A DIFFERENT LOCATION AS WE SPEAK AND IM STILL GOING TO CALL BACK TO GIVE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I wish I could've gave them 0 Stars.
