Have used U-Haul for many years.will be cancelling account due to experience with this agent. Rented unit and set up autopay. They waited to charge the card so they could add a $90 late fee on a $89 unit. Charged 190 for a month then took another 110 the next day for next month after being told to remove the card and never charge again. They waited to charge for unit and then charged for unit plus a late fee that was 4.5 times the maximum allowable by Ohio law. In moving and storage people trust you with their everything and apparently can't be trusted with a card number.
STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND OF 70 FOR A UNIT I NEVER EVEN WENT TO IN PERSON.
IT'S BEEN A WEEK.
