Security storage facility that lets people steal your stuff and dies nothing about it

My stuff got broken into and stolen. They said they can’t do anything about it even though the place has cameras. Very sketchy. Other people have also claimed the owners have gone through their stuff. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

My friends storage was just broken in today and they won't lift a finger to help her and won't check the cameras that's very suspicious. So either the camera's fake or the owners are up to no good. With the other reviews I've seen with the same problem it tells you how this place is.

My friends storage units lock was cut off and stuff stolen and this place was of no help. Do not store your stuff here unless you want to be robbed with no help by management.

Terrible at working with you when misunderstandings happen. As soon as you dont pay one day late he threatens to auction your things.
Doesn't like talking on the phone. You have to do everything over email. Makes it confusing. He is very rude. He did work with me at the very end but not after he treated to call the cops on me for calling his business number more than once.

Steve Kauffman was very very rude and disrespectful to me my mother died and he wants to tell Me I can't get my mother's things and treated me like garbage after I had already paid him I have heard nothing good about this guy or this place so everyone beware of this guy

Poor kid gets his late fathers electric guitar stolen conveniently right after this storage place had to cut his old lock to replace it & now they refuse to let him see the camera footage to find who stole his guitar? Seems as though the owners have a lot of explaining to do.my heart breaks for this guy who just wants one of the few guitars stolen because his father got it for him.do the right thing, how can you sleep at night knowing you could help him? Seems very suspicious to everyone else
