Our phone was stuck during an update. The guy at the counter was very friendly and rebooted the phone. I was in and out within a minute! My parents came from Port Clinton to have their phones fixed and were impressed with their service. I hope I never have to return, but if I do I know they'll take care of my needs.

Very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations when i took my spill damaged laptop to them. They worked with me and were very honest in trying to find a solution. Although me having a mac and not able to get a certain part because apple only sells it. They found me a different store in Toledo that was able to send my laptop to apple to get fixed. If you ever have any computer or phone problems this would the first and only place i would want to go. They did not end up charging me anything even after all the diagnostic work and part locating work they did, the prices i was quoted were still very reasonable.

Arrived with a battery then needed plugged in to stay on which was fine i had a battery pack, to 24hrs later left with a phone that won't turn on at all

These guys did a great job! I asked them to fix my MacBook Pro that wouldn’t turn on. It only took 1 day to fix, they kept me in the loop of what they were doing the entire time, and it was reasonably priced. They were also incredibly professional during each interaction I had with them. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone else who needs their electronics fixed.

The employees were polite and professional. They did an amazing job on my daughters phone, her iPhone screen was cracked pretty bad. They fixed it and it looks brand new (very crisp and clear). Their prices were very reasonable too.

I had drove all the way to Columbus to the Apple store only to have them tell me they couldn’t fix my iPhone I would have to replace it, stopped here in Findlay and the looked at it and said we can fix it in about 45 minutes! Thanks guys, great service!

What a great place to open up in town. Professional and knowledgable. Took my son's Xbox in.they found the problem and called with options. We opted not to spend he money on fixing it. They put it back together and no charge. Highly recommend this place.
