14Worker was pleasant and helpful. Service was quick and easy. Had a phone fixed and it looks wonderful after the repair.
I came in with an Xbox One HDMI port issue and it not connecting to our tv. I had already looked prices and information online so no surprises. They advised about 3 weeks or less as this was a multi-day fix. We dropped this off on 02/19 I believe roughly and got it back yesterday. Works like a charm! Thank you! We were not expecting it to be this quick to be honest and understand it depends on their workload.
I took my sons phone in to get his screen fix Tony was very nice and polite. He was super helpful and explained everything. He even had the phone done in an hour. Highly recommend

Did outstanding job replacing hard drive on my Windows 7 laptop and also tossed in upgrading laptop to Windows 10.
I would give it zero stars if I could. I was quoted $239 for (2) iPhone 12 mini screen replacements. I decide to only fix one because the other one was still operational. I was give an estimate for that phone on a receipt for $159. Went to pick the phone up after waiting over 2 weeks. The bill is now $260 to fix one phone. The phone has scratches on it from them trying to get the screen out. Horribly unprofessional. I will definitely never return and I’ll be speaking with the attorney general about their business practices.
Do not. I repeat do not waste your time that technicians accepted my eye phone 13 pro Max promise it would be ready for 5 hours called and said they had to order another part it would be ready Sunday no one called Sunday check with them Monday said it would be ready Wednesday.
Needless to say it is best I say no more. You have been warned
The cost sucked: (but the service was super quick and the phone looked brand new when I picked it. I loved being notified via text because I dread talking on the phone. Would recommend, hopefully I don't have to see them again too soon
Fixed my phone quickly and even found that my repair was covered under a warranty that another shop told me it wasn't! Honest and quick!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES TO THIS LOCATION! They are the worst! They held my phone hostage and would not give it to me. They told me it would be 2 -3 hours and they would call me when it was complete. I never got a phone call and when I went to the store to get my phone they told me I would have to wait until the next day.

We had a great experience. Everything went smoothly and exactly as it was explained beforehand. We took the phone in they said two hours and two hours later we received a text message that it was done! Picked it up and it looked like new
