Overall they did a good job fixing my iPhone screen! The lady working was the only one trained to do repairs so even though it says you can wait and it’ll take about 45mins they told me to come back in 2 hours and I still had to wait another 30 minutes when I got back. There are no chairs or any furniture to sit on and wait so everyone just awkwardly stands around. Service is pretty friendly! It cost wayyyy more than it did last time I had to have my screen repaired.

Horrible, NEVER get your devices fixed here. They do not answer their phones, and they do not update you on the status. After 2.5 weeks of not hearing anything, I walked in to ask about the status and they said it wasn't fixable and I couldn't get reimbursed for it even though I had the program. Could have at least told me a while ago instead of wasting my time. I don't recommend this place to anybody and hope it gets replaced soon.

I took an iPhone in to have it repaired. The staff was curious and they replaced the screen in under an hour while I shopped nearby. Amazing experience.

Amazing service they told me a price estimate beforehand along with the free diagnostic getting my phone fixed was very cheap and fast, within 2 hours my phone was fixed along with them being so busy with other's devices.

I had a phone that I couldn't get the SIM card tray open. Walked in, they got it open quickly with a tool I didn't have at home. Very efficient, friendly, and helpful!

Rick took excellent care of my issue right away. It was a simple fix so he didn't even charge me! He was very professional and even answered a couple of my other questions.

These guys got me in and out in a half hour and cleaned my charge port and new screen protector for less than 50 bucks! I would have thought it would need a new charging port but they didn't try to upsell me or anything

I stopped in 2 hours before they were supposed to close and they happily took a look at my phone. Unfortunately they couldn't bring my phone back to life but I'm quite sure they tried their best. Everyone there were friendly and observant of my needs. I will not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
