One of the worst credit companies I accidentally stumbled upon and do not recommend them to anyone. There is absolutely no way to get in contact with them. Customer service 0.
My bank account was under fraud and got closed, account was on auto pay so because of fraud bank stopped putting payments through. They are quicker to put a negative mark on your credit than contacting you about the issue.

Incorrectly reported the amount of my loan to the credit bureau. They reported my loan amount as the total amount to be paid over the life of the loan which is illegal. I’ve contacted them they don’t respond back to state Attorney General in federal court federal agencies that handle improper reporting of loans. I have a copy of my original document it’s not the amount they reported people involved in it. No one seems to care, but they will. That’s a violation of a federal law.

This company is to help me with my time share to get out. I have been paying them for over 6 months and they have done nothing to help my case. When I called to inform them the time share keeps contacting me and now has sent my case to collections. When I told the company they said I need to pay more for a retainer for a lawyer. Im still confused then why I am paying you all if your not helping the situation I signed up for.

For 3 months in a row we have received double or triple charges from auto pay. We've never received a reason and have been told that the problem has been resolved many times only to have have the same problem the next month. We've been told we'd have a refund within 24-48 hrs and it takes closer to a month. Absolutely a joke never would have bought a Kirby Vacuum if we knew this was going to be the issue. We also are repeatedly hung up on while waiting for automated menus. BUYER BEWARE

UPDATE AS OF 7/23. We are still having issues with company, we have recieved texts telling us when our next payment is due and they take it anywhere from 7-10 days before the text says. I called and was told I should disregard the texts as they are NOT accurate. I was also wondering why my payments come out on random days and not the same day each month. My bank was blamed for this, I have the statement of when our payments were due and they posted to the bank the same day. I was told my payment is due on the 28th but they take money on they 8th, 10th, & 30th of each month. This has nothing to do with the bank as the statement on their site says that's when my payments are due vs the 28th of each month. Every time I call to get this addressed I'm met with rude people who blame me instead of their system. Doesn't seem weird they lost half a star since my last review. This company is out for money and has no answers when they are called out on their wrong doings.
We also WERE NEVER credited anything as stated in the reply to my first complaint.

This company supports the puppy mill industry by officially loans through pet stores. One being Puppy Palace in Manchester NH. Do not support this loan company!

I’m feeling the same about VERCY tax and this company I was told they only charge half of what my IRS back tax was, after receiving letters from the IRS telling me my actual amount owed it was way off so someone is getting their information wrong. I will not work with companies like you and I warn everyone to stay away from VERCY tax they lie and deceive people into these loans. I have since paid my tax debt off if I would have listened to your tax people I would of been owing more money than I do.

I've should have read the reviews. We financed a pet from petland which was a huge mistake! And we used this company. They added an extra 2,000 dollars in interest in addition to what we bought the pet for! It's ridiculously high! I would never do this again

I highly do not recommend this service. I have been working my tail off to get my debt paid off and fix my credit since my divorce, heart attack, cancer and covid wiped me out financially. It has been two solid years of struggle after 6 years of severely limited income. And UCFS had some unknown issue on their end that prevented them from taking a payment that I attempted to make multiple times until it went over 30 days and they reported it to the credit agencies. And that severely damaged all the effort I put in to fixing my credit. On top of that, they partner with other entities that charge astronomical money and do not come through on their responsibilities. Birds of a feather flock together, right?

This company is the worst company to deal with. They have secure messaging that they never respond to. You have 6 months same as cash to payoff with no interest but they report the whole balance including interest on your credit report even though that isn't the current accurate balance. Stay away at all cost.

You can never get in touch with them but if you late on a payment they will hound you several times a day.

My mother passed away and as a result I was late on my payment because I was tending to my family. Who knows if I was contacted, I was busy.dealing with the death of my mom. In case you're wondering if they will help you remove the flag on your credit report the answer is NO. They won't even speak to management and they also told me that they will deny any appeal I make to the flag on my credit report should I choose to dispute it. Just be aware that if anything goes wrong with your payments prepare to be screwed. In case you were wondering if there is a shred of humanity left in these kinds of company the answer is also NO.

I've officially filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency of my state. I'm next prepared to submit a dispute to the credit agencies and if needed higher a lawyer. You don't get to screw the little guy, I know my rights.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had there interest rate is ridiculous and customer service was even worse got a different story every time I called one told me I couldn't pay with a visa card one said I could as a debit then they lost my 3000 dollar ach payment and told me it was my responsibility to find it my bank said they took it out I wasted a couple hours of my life on the phone with these people the only reason I gave it one star because a negative 10 stars was not available

The worst personal loan i have ever taken out. Was routed to them through the tax network that is supposed to help you reduce how much you owe to the IRS (never use them). My first mistake was agreeing to use this company to finance the payment to the tax network all via phone. Upon reviewing my contract they charged me $2100 to finance a $6250 loan with a $19.99 interest rate. Over the phone the finance charge was never mentioned just the loan amount and quickly a discussion to the monthly rate. My god what did i do.

READ the reviews people! They have terrible customer service! I called asking why I keep getting charged NSF fees on an account I no longer use if I'm making the payments and they're going through they woman couldn't wrap it around her head what I was trying to say & it was like speaking to a wall. I just hung up on her and spoke to my bank saying that UCFS has reoccurring payments set up themselves when I NEVER set that up! Now since December I've been charged almost $100 in NSF fees when I made ON TIME PAYMENTS. This company is a joke.

They deal with a bunch of companies that want to sale you something, then they charge you an astronomical finance charge on your purchase. Will basically double or triple the cost of the item you finance. They are way to high!

. A couple of weeks ago i called to modified my Autopay on my account to weekly instead of monthly with my bank account number and routing number. About a week ago i received a Email stating that my account was 30 days late and my credit score went down 52 points. I am in the process of buying a house and this ruined my life.

I spoke to a representative yesterday in the afternoon and was told that they set up my autopay wrong, instead of weekly they put by-weekly for the amount of $42 which doesn’t make sense. $42x2= $84, my monthly payment is about $168.

Can someone please resolved this issue.

My credit is very important to me. I sent 2 emails about 2 months ago and no one got back to me.customer service said theres nothing they can do. DISAPPOINTED!
