5I went here as a kid and now am taking my son here as well between the whole staff there I have nothing but positive reviews for them. Between Dr. O and Dr. Aroura when I was young I remember them being just fun and loving people making sure I even knew what was going on along with my parents. And now on the flip side being the parent and taking my son seeing Dr. Aroura it’s just nothing but positive vibes throughout the place from the moment I walk in to the time I leave. It’s always well worth the drive, and I drive about an hour to take my son to his pediatrician appointments.
Have both heard and read reviews of front desk issues here as far as rudeness goes but dealt with Jessica today and she we very pleasant and helpful. My wife is very pleased with the doctors and healthcare staff.

Really annoyed. My children have been seeing Dr. McGhee since birth and my oldest is 10. Went today for my appointment. I was greeted with an attitude from reception and then told payer rejection from my insurance followed by an attitude that I'll be self pay. Absolutely not. I pay over $300 every two weeks for insurance. I left because of this experience. It took me 20 minutes on the phone with Anthem to have them say I have active coverage for all members of my family. Reception couldn't take that 20 minutes to make that phone call? Pure laziness and rudeness. I am now going to have to find another pediatrician who has competent staff handling insurance verification as well as take yet another day off work to ensure my kids get their wellness visit.
