UH Rainbow Kids in the Sun reviews
7Rude staff. Thought they were great for the first couple visits but then as my child got older the nurses and some of the md’s seemed to have less of a caring personality and more annoyed. The girls are the desk are rude and full of attitude. I’ve had non returned phone calls. Going to try and see the nurse practitioner that I do like at the Strongsville location I do hope that the nurses and other staff members are friendly and act like they like working with children.
My kids have seen Connie and shes been amazing. The whole office has been very nice and my kids love the decor!
As far as medical care goes, Kids in the Sun is an awesome practice. If however, you don't mind getting an answering machine during business hours and messages left going un-returned, go here. I have eight kids and have been using this practice for a long time. As UH grows, the service diminishes. The Clinic is not much better so it is a no win situation. I am ready to pull the plug with Kids in the Sun. My frustration has reached its limits.
I use to go here as a child and now my children go! Dr. Lisa barnes is my children pediatrician and SHE'S GREAT!

We like Dr. Golanka a lot but this location of his practice doesn't seem well run at all. The nurses are extremely cold and unfriendly and the front desk staff seems unprofessional. Worst of all, we have had to wait in the exam room 30+ minutes every time here before being seen! Even when we've made a point to arrive 15 minutes early to our scheduled appointment time as they require! Every doctor runs behind some days but here it's standard practice. Oh and don't expect an apology from anyone. Too bad because we had a totally different experience with Kids in the Sun in Strongsville.
My family has used many of the medical professionals at this location and I do not have a single negative thing to say about any of them. This place is amazing because of the staff and medical professionals. My daughters look forward to their check ups and vaccinations because of this place. Excellent.
