5The Drs are great but the front desk staff is awful. I work for UH myself and am embarrassed these people represent our hospital. They have poor customer service and phone etiquette. Even when speaking with the office manager Karen, she had an attitude and was very rude.
Longest wait times ever. I sat for over an hour waiting for a doctor and then another 30 mins for shots. Plan to spend a bunch of time there.
My daughter has been a patient with PediatricCenter since birth and up until this past year we have been more than happy with their services. The staff at the Twinsburg office is less than satisfactory. For starters they sent a prescription to a pharmacy we haven't used in over a year and when we tried to contact them to correct the error they acted like we were at fault. In conjunction with this incident we tried to cancel my daughters appointment and we were kept on hold for an extended period of time. When we called back we were put on hold again for an extended period. All together we were on hold for an hour before we were finally able to cancel. There are no words to describe my complete disappointment and as someone who has spent a number of years working in the medical field and knowing the importance in the level of care you are supposed to give to patients. I feel this was far from exhibited in this instance.
Great place, please be aware the office did move from the medical building, it is located on Darrow rd now in the giant eagle shopping center, back by the little gym and obgyn and foot care. 2 min from old office
I've been going to Pediatric Center for over 9 years now and because my newest child who is only one and a half missed a couple appointments in December I got discharged from the practice however when I tried to call the Garfield Heights location they were going to allow him to be seen and then I spoke with the billing department for the Twinsburg location and they stated that I had to write a letter even though I didn't have a computer with a printer to send to the manager pleading why I should be allowed to come back to the practice and promising that I'll never miss an appointment again in the future I will never return to this practice and it's unfortunate that you have a horrible staff running good doctors
