Went there to get 3 staples in my head, was in/out in an hour but it took 2 hrs to get them removed ‍️ was treated very nice by all

Waited hour to be seen. Had Uribe test done and was then told I have COVID yet no symptoms lined up and was sent home in pain to eight hours later get negative COVID results. Still in pain and now have to start over.

No! I detested the condescending way the RN spoke to my husband like he was a child! Oh you poor sweetie, honey etc! So unprofessional, the MA was pushing it too. Thank God the cpn sent us to the Cleveland clinic where my husband was treated like a human being and got answers!

Scammy billing practices - watch out! I went to UH Twinsburg Urgent Care twice in 2019 (3/25/19 and 4/1/19) for the flu. In May 2019 I received a bill for the 3/25/19 visit that had not been billed through insurance (I had no eob). I called about it and the girl said they would bill it that day and I should hear from them in 30-45 days if I owed anything.

Never heard another thing about it until two weeks ago I got a collection notice from Affiliate Asset Solutions that I had a debt held by Pendrick Capital Partners for UES Bedford LLC for the original invoice that had not been billed through insurance.

I called UH to find out why/how my charge could end up in collections. The guy inexplicably couldn't find my account and said he needed to go to a colleagues desk to find it.

After the guy went to his colleagues desk, he found my file and said they would write it off because they could no longer bill it to my insurance. I have since received the zero balance letter he promised but yesterday I got another collection letter on a charge from service on 4/1/19. Again, no eob for this charge.

I am posting this detailed review because people need to know that UH is trying to collect from patients on charges that have never been billed through insurance. What a scam! I will not be returning to UH for any services.

Went last night with my daughter who had not been feeling good and they took our info, put us in the triage to take her weight, temp and blood pressure then sat us back in the reception area only to say there were no rooms available and they would get us when there was. Well we waited a solid hour and a half before I decided we would go home as I knew we would be there all night because this wasn’t our first rodeo with this location and we didn’t even make it back to be seen.
We decided to go home because she really wasn’t feel well and just wanted to go to bed so I let the front desk know that we were going to leave and asked if we would be charged for literally WAITING IN THE RECEPTION AREA, and she said they would charge me for the triage which is ridiculous because had I known there were no rooms available before hand I would have left & taken her to the Cleveland clinic. I’ll be paying for them to weigh her. Take her temp and her bp. What a waste, I could have told you that info myself.
