2Parking attendant at the first booth on the left on 10/26 at 3: 40pm was very rude. Find another job if you don’t like where you are working at. Leave the attitude at home!
Stay out of the left lane checking out of the garage. Attendant working on 11/15/2021 at 1: 30 pm by the name of Tanjo was obscenely rude in front my my daughter & refused to check me out. Tanjo checked out several cars in the left lane, when it was my turn to pull up she left the booth without saying anything. Her failure to check me out of the garage resulted in damage to my vehicle as she made me maneuver into oncoming traffic in a garage with a line full of cars waiting to exit. Her manager, Megan, was zero help in rectifying the situation with Tanjo and told me to call 911 for help. The attendants in the garage & manager left me stranded with my daughter. I had to call UH PD for help and tow. Lastly, you’re lucky if the elevators working at all and if the public obey the social distance guidelines posted by the hospital.
