Ullman Oil LLC, Chagrin Falls OH

So let me set the scene….
It was a blustery, cold morning, Cleveland’s first snow event of 23. Although short in duration, it compensated with intensity and peak rush hour timing!
All hands were on deck, five-5 ton plow trucks, three pickup trucks, five police cars, two fire trucks and one ambulance, all being put through their paces.
Then the call came in from the service director - “Gas pumps are down until further notice”! Sure, we have a malfunction plan for such an emergency, but it’s an operational obstacle, at best.
Here’s where it gets good. By the time I could get the word out (a few short hours) to the troops that we needed to execute, refueling plan B, the second message came in from the service director- “ Ullman came out and got us back up”!
Back up? In a few hours? During a short but intense blizzard?
Wow!
It may seem like a small thing, but for those of us responsible for public safety during a storm, it’s anything but small. I’m not sure who arranged and executed this level of service, but I’m (we’re) grateful! Thank em’ from me.

We had Ullman oil service our home for 25 years. The equipment department was always on the ball when it came to our needs. Employees are professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Have a contract with hvac company for my furnace They came out 3 times and insisted it was not the furnace but either the oil or oil tank Brian McCoy checked and found problem in furnace.showed me how to reset until other co could fix it. He called my hvac co told them what was the problem. Called me back the next day to see if I still had heat. He didn't have to help me as it wasn't an oil problem. My other co.still hasn't fix the problem.needless to say I am looking forn another hvac co. Sure hope I can find one half as good and caring as Brian McCoy.
