Brandy is the best stylist! She has restored my faith in the hair profession! After have a terrible disservice, she restored my hair back to life and made it presentable. She has a great down to earth, honest and humble personality and is truly very talented at what she does.

Got what I needed, but after browsing for about fifteen minutes, wasn't approached by anyone asking if they could help.which I actually needed. The KKW Beauty display is completely gone through and used and messy, with everything thrown everywhere. I had to move things on the makeup stands to set my foundation down. I had to move dirty tissues, sponges, and a used duster.

Selection is great, staff. Not the friendliest. I have left this store before, without buying, because of staff attitude.

1st time there looking for an eyeliner and the sales girl never asked if I needed help. She was too busy telling her stories to someone not sure what the deal was. So I finally decided to try 1 and just stood there while she continued to talk and waiting to get checked out. She finally looks at me and ask if I needed something. So I told her and she said well she's over there. So the other girl who was doing her job came and took care of me and was very nice. Ok so here's my thing. I don't judge people by any means. I have worked retail and every customer should be acknowledged. The other is (and I am sorry for saying this but) she looked like a clown. I thought it was some kind of dressing up costume thing not sure it wasn't but the point is it kind of freaked me out and being ULTA is all about beauty and yes we all have our own but honestly that floored me. I'm not trying to upset anyone at all just saying how I felt when I seen her and the treatment when coming into the store. I hope she does not look like that every day maybe tone it down a bit.

It is a wonderful place to shop! Staff are always so helpful making recommendations and assisting me in using all the appropriate coupons and discounts. I strongly prefer purchasing in this store over online as I want to check out the products in person rather than guessing if I'd like it.

Finally found a place that helped me find a product that covers the loss of pigment in my face. Thank you Ulta

My wife has me pick stuff up for her often.the employees always help me find what I'm looking for!

This store is Makeup Amazing!
It's a good thing that they have lots of staff to help you find what you're looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable about their merchandise, this comes in handy, BIG TIME.
And, they have a rewards program!
